this burger king is amazing. I love to go here with my friends and oh seven heavens it’s just spectacular. Service is great, very nice people. Food is honestly amazing and I like their fries and shakes better than most high end places. This place is also very well kept. I love this burger king. It has a special place in my heart.

Friendly service, even was checked on while dining by a kind man who may have been the manager. (He was behind the counter and then making rounds in dining area). Love that they have impossible burger on menu and was able to remove bun/make it a plate. A+ for attention to detail.

The staff there are very accommodating kind and friendly. The soda machine needs to wiped down more often. It's a nice place

At this Burger King they have great service, and Marlene one of the managers make the very best coffee and always smiles and get your order right all the time in a friendly manner. The restaurant and the bathrooms are very clean inside its truly amazing, you can order either inside, or use the drive thru, or get delivery! Its great

I have been going to this Burger King for years and this is my favorite fast food establishment. The burgers and fries are tasty and satisfying and the service is very pleasant. They take coupons and you an order with the machine or in person. I must also say I am impressed with the manager Benny. The last time I was there an older lady was accusing the staff of losing her credit card. She made a big deal and said she would call the police. The manager remained composed and gracious throughout this whole ordeal promising to help find her card. After all her fuss the lady discovered her credit card was in her wallet!!!! The audacity ! This nice manager was so understanding and stated he was glad she found it. He and his staff deserve credit for the way they dealt with this situation. Again they are always so nice here! They greet me and my four kids very nicely. I recommend!

I’m not one to leave reviews unless the customer service truly wows me and it definitely did at this BK location!! The assistant manager, who’s name I don’t remember but he is a Spanish gentleman with very nice eyes, was so attentive from the moment we walked in until we left! Friendly and courteous service, everything was so tidy and clean and our food was served nice and hot! I was very impressed, you don’t see anything like this at a fast food location, makes me want to take the drive here specifically!! Great job Hackensack BK!!!

So I was craving fries and an impossible whopper it was Sunday 11pm and raining. Went to drive-thru the guy was super nice, the food was sooo good. Say what you may and yes I was hungry BUT the fries were just done and hot. It was delicious😊

Wonderful service here by Mohamad, a friendly great competent manager who always gets your order ready fast and right with a winning attitude. Feels like cool classy dining with clean spacious seating, very clean bathrooms and counter tops, wide open windows with wrap around views, its terrific! Toys for the kids, high chairs and ultra modern soda electronic soda machines with every flavor! Truly Amazing, you can order either inside, do a mobile online order with offer and discounts, or use the drive thru, or get delivery! You can also bring your coupon or discount codes to use at the register.

Benny has great customer service. He got my big order correct, and I didn’t have to repeat myself constantly. I was glad to see he didn’t not forget to pack anything when I checked the bags.

Service a bit slow inside, as the poor guy was running drive thru too. Despite, nice fella and food was good. Once we ordered, food came "fast" 😉🍔🍟👍. Offers (deals) on the app are a great price and you earn points for free food 👍 😀

I went to the restaurant and it was so clean and the Manager the spanish man there is highly professional. I always see him working hard its seems when Iam there he has everything under control.. he should truly be honored for his work.
