One of the most welcoming environments I've been exposed to in the fast food industry. When you walk in you feel at home. The food is delectable and the service is above exceptional. I definitely recommend it for those looking to get a quick bite, or for those wanting to enjoy a meal with the family.

Food is consistently delicious. Never under or overcooked. I must admit the fries were not as hot as I am used to, but it was a takeout order. The staff is great! I guess the cult-like popularity is well deserved.

Seriously just the absolute nicest staff ever. Been to many chick-fil-as and even though this one isn’t the closest to me I make it a point to visit the teterboro location. I’ve come to eat a ton with my family but also came as party of my kid’s school PTO to get catering orders and they are just always so humble and sweet and willing to help. Cona and Greta definitely stick out the most. As a restaurant owner myself, these are the ladies I would want representing my brand. Exceptional customer service and clearly love what they do. Food and service is always spot on! As busy as they are they still prioritize being genuinely nice. Means so much. Thank to the whole staff at teterboro chick-fil-a! U guys rock!

Didn't get to see the atmosphere because I didn't go in but their food is top notch for a fast food place and the service was on point. Everything I needed to enjoy my meal was in the bag and I didn't have to ask for anything, plus the person who took my order and the other person who gave it to me were polite and friendly. The salad tasted like it had just been prepared as well. The chicken was cooked through, with grill marks and sliced thin, just how I like it. Will definitely repeat.

Let me 1st preface this review stating I haven't been to Chick-fil-A in over 3 years. I was excited to have this treat! When I rolled up, there was an extraordinary long line but I intended to go inside for the dining experience anyway. I waited a pinch longer than I wished to, but timing was still very reasonable considering the guy in front of me spent almost $50. I always love to entertain myself by giving a funny name when they asked what to put the order under. :) When I started to unpack my meal at the table and reached in for the Mac and Cheese I was pleasantly surprised how heavy it was. I cleaned my hands with a perfectly sized Purell paper wet wipes they gave me and began to dig in. When I asked the gentleman at the register if the Mac and Cheese was crispy and baked or soft and creamy he said bolth, he was 100% right! I'm not sure if I could get the crispy baked part in the picture I'm gonna upload, but I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED the best Mac and cheese of any fast food joint! I got the spicy breaded sandwich. I requested extra pickles no tomato (oddly they don't have onions on the menu at all) and it came with lettuce, and no sauce. The chicken was so moist, and the bread was so soft (I wouldn't be surprised if it was steamed) that it did not even require mayonnaise! The spiciness was moderate and I wish the breading had more flavor, but still good. Another thing that caught my attention is that the cheese was not melted, it was perfectly warm and did not take away from the sandwich at all. Now for the fries... I asked for them to be well done & they were great as well. I dipped them in the garden herb ranch, which was absolutely delicious! I also Dipped the fries in their Buffalo sauce which I thought was just average. Lastly, for the diet lemonade. It tasted a little off, it did not stop me from getting a refill though, I would associate the taste with the sugar free Splenda sweetener that they used. I couldn't end this review without commenting on the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! I mean this in a respectful way, everybody seemed like they were Joyful Elves in Santa's Workshop. Even if the food was mediocre, which it definately was not, I would come back just for the service and environment. The place was spotless and they have some sign posted explaining that the air filtration in that building is above any quality standards. A++

Here's the secret order with your phone online then all you have to do is go inside and pick it up. That'll beat that ridiculous weight for drive-thru and that long line inside. This is Justin certified

Always quick, always accurate, don’t mind driving 15 minutes to this location to eat.
The only thing I would say is that for the amount of times I frequent this location the rewards don’t reflect that. Other locations give out way more rewards for doing almost nothing, and with the app and signature status that’s a big factor on choosing which location to go to.

The service was really good. The staff was very friendly. The food was great. They took care of food allergies very well.

I have never actually been to Chick-fil-A due to the companies extreme conservative views but my sister wanted to go so I acquiesced. The staff was very friendly, extremely efficient and the food was delicious. I got a chicken sandwich with the Chick-fil-A sauce and pickles. I found the sauce too sweet so I scraped it off and used mayo from the condiment station and that did the trick. The chicken was perfectly cooked, crispy yet moist inside. The buns are slightly sweet and very good. My sister got the chicken tenders and waffle fries and she was delighted.
Would I make a special trip 10 miles away to go again? No, but I'm not one for fastfood anyway. If I'm in the area would go back? Maybe...I just can't tell my LGBTQ friends and I'll have to swallow my morals along with the food.

I usually order from the mall and eat at the food court. Yesterday was my first time there and i was really impressed with the service, cleanliness, quality of food and everything. It didn't feel like a fastfood restaurant at all. I would recommend it!

What is there not to love about Chick-fil-A. My daughter loves their nuggets kid meal, and I'm all for the grilled chicken sandwich. Always clean, staff is respectful and effective. I love the order ahead option.. order online, and when you arrive, give them the name on the order. Walla, ready in minutes 👌🏽👌🏽

I'm a big fan of this place. It always has the freshest, best tasting, nd always hot. The salads are just as fresh. In fact, this place is the only fast food I'll eat. I also believe that chik fil a has some of the healthiest entrees available. Usually there is a little bit of a wait, thats o.k. though it's definitely worth every second.

Service is usually very good. Just sometimes my sandwich is cold. But they always make it right. Sometimes they forget items but they are also very friendly about it

Oh Chick-fil-A. What else can I say?

This place is always full any time of the day. The drive thru has 2 lines - imagine that, people are taking the time to get their food even if there were other options available. And when you go in there's always a line where you patiently wait for your turn to get served. After you place your order, if you were to dine in, you would be asked to look for a seat as they will bring your food to your table. Wow! This is absolutely great service, it feels like you are eating at a restaurant and not a fast food chain. Their chicken sandwich always delivers; in my opinion the best hands down against the competition.

One of the best chick fil a locations in my opinion. Right next to teterboro runway which makes your dine in experience unique seeing jets landing and taking off. Food was quick to arrive and the service was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this place.

First, let me say that you should not panic when you see the CFA line. I ordered in a CFA app and picked it up 10 minutes later. Everything took maybe 15 minutes. Not bad considering there were over 50 cars in a DOUBLE line here in NJ.
That was my first ever visit to CFA! Unbelievable. The quickness and efficiency with which they operate is just boggling. The employees are so courteous! It was 19f outside!
That was my best fast-food experience!

And YES! they do have the best chicken sandwiches! 😁😋

First time at Chick-fil-a. Our team member, LEEAIRRA was excellent. She was so polite and friendly. The breakfast was hot and fresh - the eggs were fluffy and biscuits soft and buttery, it tasted so good. Thank you for such a great start to our day. We will be back!!!

Arrived 7:20 pm, Saturday. See these cars in front and behind my car. Mobile order need to be in line for drive through as well. Overall 10 min to get my order. #1, 4 people -meaning 4 concurrent- to get order. #2, then 2 people to confirm order, #3, get receipt, (mobile order got receipt by email), still paper receipt given, #4 another 2 lines for waiting for food. The order goes by first name and Last name initial. Enjoy ur Chick-Fil-A.
