St. Louis Bread Co.

We frequently go to panera aka st. Louis bread co. This is our favorite location for sure. Clean fast yummy food at a reasonable price. By far the best in stl! We have ordered French onion soup and chicken avacado sandwich was very fresh and healthy. Ordered cheese pizza as well which was quite ok.

Excelent service, never had a better drive through experience I think the cashier's name was Asia. Perfectly communicated the menu items to me as I has a hard time seeing due to my visual impairment. She was so patient with me and the food was great

Nicest staff ever! Everyone was so happy and willing to help me. The places smells good when you walk in and is very clean. Tracy at the counter was so helpful and went about and beyond!! Definitely the location to visit!!

Panera (a.k.a. St. Louis Bread Company in the St. Louis metro area) is a franchise offering soups, sandwiches, salads, and baked breads and sweets mainly. A warm and inviting atmosphere is a signature of this cafe. Be sure to utilize their mobile app as they were one of the first to implement such technology. They also offer kiosk ordering on the inside or a counter for a more personalized service. The rest of my review will be for this specific location. I was able to get work done while enjoying coffee and a meal. The fireplace was lit and sitting near it made my work feel less stressful. The food was great, the bathrooms were clean, and the atmosphere cozy, yet modern.

The morning crew are the happiest, best group of people! They always greet me and ask about my day. The lines are quick and the food is great!

Here's the drive-thru option. So fast efficient. Love this location. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Food never disappoints.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, they were very happy and smiling, greeted everyone that came through the door. Wonderful experience there.

This is one of my favorite Paneras/St. Louis Bread Company locations. I live down the street from a Paneras, but go to this location very often. It has one of the BEST environments inside. It looks very upscale and classy. It's like eating inside of a rich neighborhood. This place is also well-kept in such manner too. And the food is some of the best made (maybe the environment helps me think this too). This environment with its atmosphere could even be a location to MAYBE take a date.

The wi-fi here works 90% of the time which means MOST of the time. But, there can be some days where it blatantly doesn't work.

The only other problem with this location (and this is NOT Panera/ St. Louis Bread Company's fault), but all of that never-ending construction going on in the surrounding area makes this location a pain to get to. And it seems that the construction crew is taking too long to finish what they're doing or don't care; meanwhile hindering surrounding businesses in the process and this shouldn't be. Are they breaking the law??? I don't know! But, Paneras could be losing a bit of money because of them. Customers that would have come to this Paneras/St. Louis Bread Company might not come because the roads and construction is sort of in the way.

But, after you get past the construction, it's a treat to be inside of this Paneras/St. Louis Bread Company environment to eat, relax, use WiFi, etc.

Such a great place to relax and eat. The food does take a while to make and that is understandable, patience makes perfection. The general manager Melissa is a sweetheart. The fireplace is a nice touch as well. Their menu accommodates my pescatarian needs as well.

I placed a to go order on a Thursday evening when they were slammed. Food came out quick and when I got back to the hotel my soup was still steaming hot. Can't ever go wrong with a chicken salad from here.

Just wished they would lower the volume of their music/speakers. Came here to eat and spend time with friends not get a headache from the loud music.

Very friendly place. Derick (employee) noticed I needed water to mix formula for my baby and he went ahead and brought me purified warm water to mix so I wouldn’t have to get it from the bathroom. Really nice.

I would come here quite often in the mornings while living in the area. I recently moved but I really appreciated Pedro and Shawn for their constant kindness. I work in food service as well and I know how difficult it is sometimes and I love how they always had a positive attitude. I will miss going to this location. Thank you for always being so nice 😊

Val, at the 15 Progress Parkway location, is a hire they NEED to keep. A while back, she helped me out when I had problems with my delivery through Doordash being at fault. Today I needed help again & she fixed my order right away. When I was thanking her I recalled how she helped me a year ago & that I remember how extremely helpful an nice she was, even during the lunch rush. Thanks so much Val!

They offers free unlimited coffee whole 3 months when you register them 1st time!

Usually this store is my go too, but a little disappointed today. Ordered a pick two because of a coupon. Told me to pull forward for total. I was expecting to pay around $3.00 for my drink, total was $18.00. Thought I guess my deal had expired and prices must have gone up. When I got home I discovered they had given me a whole sandwich. Didn't even now you could get a whole sandwich with the pick 2. You still only get enough chicken salad for half a sandwich because they have cut back so much on filling. I need to start checking closer before I leave the window.

Every single time I go, just once a week, Val remembers my name, and she is so fun. A great way to start a day. Val is the best!

Cheddar broccoli soup is still the best!

The drive through always seems quick, even when the line is long. Currently seeing the dining room for the first time and everything is clean and visually streamlined. Food came out super fast and is delicious as always. The folks working on Aug. 25, 2019 are great! Can’t wait for that autumn squash soup!
