I Love this pharmacy and it's staff! They're very knowledgable as well as professional.
My only gripe about this location is that I wish they'd take care of their landscaping. Like control the weeds and trim or remove the trees, etc. It really is an eyesore in this community.

I have to give a compliment regarding a pharmacist, Carolyn H. who I spoke with today at the CVS Middletown, and all the staff at this CVS location and I have interacted with her regarding my patients on numerous occasions and I will send a direct comment on the CVS website and disclose her full name. She is a very caring and dedicated pharmacist, she has extremely helpful to my patients and is extremely knowledgeable and professional to me and my patients. I don’t live in Middletown however I have bought items there and all the staff are so helpful and kind as well when I come to take care of patients at their homes. Kudos to this CVS location in Middletown!

The front cashier .. employee number #0000097 was so rude to me because she didn't know how to use PayPal pay. That she got in my face and I told her "I don't work here, you do!" It was so bad another customer walked out. I will be calling corporate
