I have bought a helicopter kit and a separate time bought some helicopter parts from these guys and I have always received the product very quickly and in good condition. Patrick has always emailed me back anytime I've sent an email with questions or concerns. They also make great YouTube tutorial videos that are extremely helpful on the helicopters I have bought. Will continue to do business with them

Not sure why there're so many bad reviews. I've been buying from them for years all the way from Southern California. They're an online shop and they've always fulfilled all my orders accordingly. I only wish they would do less text spams. But it's a good online shop.

Helidirect is a great source for hobby stuff.. Pulse Batteries are a fantastic product especially. Greg is a stand up person, and will help you decide what you need.. more importantly the numbers published on the products are correct, weight/dimensions. I have never had a single issue with any product that wasn't handled promptly.. I cannot say that about alot of model product companies.. I will even pay a premium if needed to shop with a reputable company selling good products.

Purchased fcx24 rc car as Christmas gift for my son. The car stopped working after two hours. I am getting lots of resistance to obtain a return/replacement after speaking to customer service. I have officially filed a RMA and have yet to hear back after 1 week. They are stating that this is normal operation and we should expected for the motor to fail in rapid fashion.

Update: I was supposed to receive an email when the rma was complete. I did not hear anything and it’s now past 30 days since purchase. I suspect they will not get back to me. I purchased the same product from another company and they clearly state that they stand behind their products and will replace defective purchases.

Bought a RC car from their site, and they shipped it through USPS, and the package never arrived. Customer support didn't offer any help to solve the issue. I wouldn't trust them again.

Frauds and liars Beware Purchased a controller for my son’s racing drone Unfortunately wrong frequency never energized the controller No charging Nothing Barely opened the box read the Manuel and learned wrong frequency

They sent me a retirn label and I agreed to pay shipping plus a restocking fee Not happy But okay I used their label and their box and their shipper Now they claim that their shipper ruined the cardboard box (not the display box or the case for the controller or the controller) and I must pay 100% of purchase price as the restocking fee Their shipper followed their directions no box costs 225$ to replace! They will resell the controller just fine in its display box Frauds and liars Beware

Update Bought through Amazon thankfully Amazon refunded my full purchase price Hopefully Amazon will drop Helidirect

Helidirect claimed that they would return the damaged box and perfectly fine controller to me after refusing to refund my money

Guess what? The frauds and liars never returned the controller

Frauds and liars Beware

Buyer beware. I was solicited by Helidirect in December. E mail offered T rex550 for $833.00 plus $15 off. I wanted to purchase, put in cart and proceeded with purchase. When I confined to pay the price jumped to $1,055.00. Called customer service, they said they get back to me. Two days later I checked with them and was told they would not honor solicitation. I opened complaint with BBB, They advised Helidirect would not respond to them, classic case of bait and switch. Very descriptive business practices.
