I'm not certain if the pharmacy team has changed here, but the few times I've gone to this location to pick up a prescription, the employees were prompt and courteous. I've engaged with the male attendant every time and he is always enthusiastic and helpful.

I have been to this pharmacy twice now and the staff are absolutely wonderful. So helpful, so quick, and compared to the other pharmacies in Alameda this one is 1000 times better.

The staff knows me and my needs and is always responsive to make sure I'm well taken care of. Been coming here for chronic and acute needs for four plus years now and always well taken care of.

Great customer service. They are doing construction inside. But it doesn’t get in the way of anything. Went to get a rapid covid test and it took an hour for us to wait. There was about 5 cars in front of us. Just keep in mind to come earlier than what your appointment says.

The pharmacist I spoke to on the phone was really quick-thinking and very well-informed (more so than other pharmacists I have had occasion to speak with), and she was able to come up with a very smart idea that would allow me to save about $500/month, for a medication my horrible insurance won't cover, that would have otherwise cost me more than $1000/month, out of pocket. She was very helpful, and I was delighted to have my phone call answered, without having to hold for the normal 20 minutes, first. This was quite impressive, given the fact that I am generally required to wait a substantial amount of time when I pick my prescriptions up. This is usually pretty clearly an issue with the pharmacy being understaffed, however, and I have always been satisfied, if not very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the employees at the pharmacy counter. Had to subtract a star, however, as this pharmacy does seem to consistently have a substantial line, and I am rarely thrilled to be standing around, waiting for the handful of people who always seem to combine standing too close to others with some form of coughing and/or sneezing. This store has a fairly cramped waiting area, so this is less than rare at this location. I realize the store isn't really at fault here, but it's definitely a noteworthy norm, which some might find a bit disturbing.

The employees are always kind and intuitive they’ve revamped the place it looks nice there tho sometimes they have long lines too but I’ve always stood next to kind people with great conversations.

Inga is the only pharmacist who knows what she is doing. That Is why I rated the store highly. Otherwise it is same old Walgreens. I wouldn't try to refill Clipper cards at any store. The people are just too slow and stupid.
