I got to the store in a time frame in which Timothy was very busy and by himself. He was courteous and even displayed patience with those who approached him to ask questions while he was taking care of me. I will definitely come back to this store to do business if I ever have to!

The Store Manager, Tim, at the crawfordsville road location was absolutely awesome. We encountered a lot of issues with my prior provider not wanting to allow me to “port my number” or take it with me and Tim personally spent almost 2 hours on the phone with various people to get this done and ensure I could take my phone with me. Tim was extremely accommodating and made the experience of me switching over to AT&T as seamless as possible. He even followed up with me afterwards and gave me his contact info just in case there were any issues or anything I needed help with. 10/10 recommend his store and their level of customer service. Thank you again, Tim, for all of your help!

I came in to get my phone activated on a rainy Wednesday. There was one guy on the clock, already helping 2 other customers, instantly squeezed me right in on his priority list and got me and his current customers taken care of at the same time. Impressive. I was out 20 minutes with a whole new phone plan. Who ever you are my guy, you deserve a bonus.

I have been super skeptical about changing provider's. Changing from a decade of being with the same carrier is terrifying! Cheyenne armed me with all the information I needed to finally take the jump! She helped me find everything I needed for a plan that fit my families needs and was even better priced than what I had been paying. She was personable, polite, and answered the million and one questions I had thrown her way patiently!

I read a review about how the manager messed up a bill. The manager at the Speedway location has been professional and has elevated what I thought customer service used to be. I've visited the location 4 times since June and everyone there was been awesome. Tobias has driven over an hour to pick up a phone for my daughter for her birthday and even brought her a cupcake with a candle for her to make a birthday wish. Wish I could give more stars!

I came into this store the other day and I must say it’s very clean and all the employees especially Cheyenne was super eager and ready to jump into action to help me as soon as I walked in. That’s some great customer service right there. Cheyenne is a lovely lady and very helpful and was ready to jump into action to be sure I had the best service and got what I needed. Thank you.!

I recently visited an AT&T Store to switch my cellular service plan from Sprint. I was helped by the most knowledgeable and capable young lady that you could imagine. She made me feel right at home. Also she provided me with info on AT&T TV and gave me a demonstration after my cellular service requests were completed. Which , I am happy to say that I am now a proud subscriber. Thx again AT&T you’re the best!!!

This team is amazing. Hands down the best experience I've had in a cell phone store. Their knowledge was second to none and they went above and beyond to not only get all of our stuff moved to the new phones, but found ways for us to save money every month on our TV and internet services by setting us up with AT&T services!! We'll never go to another store!!! Thank you Tobias and team!!

Steven was my hero today! I came in with multiple issues with my IPhone, my iPad mini and my direct tv. Steven fixed most of them with patience and ability while staying on target and personable. He led me to the resources necessary to resolve the rest of the problems. I would give him an A triple plus!

i visited the Indianapolis Crawfordsville store recently. once to look into the pre-order of an iphone 12 and again to pick up. both times the experience was top notch. Both Cheyenne and Tim were absolutely informative and answered in a very careful and simplistic manner for me any questions or concerns i had. I will return if necessary and bring new customers, if i can. great work!

I came in just to pay my bill and get a new phone and of above and beyond was a person it would be the manager. She worked with me got my bill down 80 dollars and got me a new phone out that day I highly recommend working with Cheyenne she is awesome

I walked into the place they quickly said welcome to me and said give them a couple of minutes before I can even begin to walk up they were discussing my info and it was quick they are amazing there

I had such a great experience buying my new iPhone from this location. The woman helping me was so helpful and inviting, I truly enjoyed my experience and will continue to visit this store as long as I live in Indianapolis.
