Awesome customer service from Sebastian! In less than 15 minutes I was able to upgrade and get a new phone delivered to my door step! 5/5 stars. I will 100% recommend everyone to come to this location! Thank you for all you do AT&T

I had the best customer service EVER at this location. I don’t like change and tech stuff unravels me, so I put off getting a new phone for years. On my first visit, Sebastian patiently and expertly answered my million questions about the transition process and outlined some general options. He also helped me get a better service plan and apply a teacher discount! When I returned to make my decision and purchase, Sebastian and Tirrell together provided all the detailed info about different phones in a way that wasn’t overwhelming. When my phone was delivered, Caleb expedited the transfer process for me, applied the screen protector, etc. And when I returned to the store for the FOURTH time because of my “new phone anxiety”, Sebastian again kindly, patiently walked me through several processes. This team approaches customer care with excellence and authenticity! Thank you for all the time you invested in me. You truly went above and beyond.

Tirrell was incredible to work with. Easy transaction, knowledgeable and made great recommendations. A huge contrast from the store across the street...

Eric, the person who helped me, was patient and helped explain everything to me in a really easy way to understand, he helped me change my plan over and still keep my old number with no hassle whatsoever as well as assisting me with a new screen protector for my phone. He was quick, concise, all in all just incredible customer service

Had a great experience at ATT and our local ATT store, on 185th in Beaverton. Great staff, very knowledgeable! ATT is highly recommended. We left Tmobile after 23 years with them; reception was always poor, and Tmobile is over priced. ATT great deals, and many appreciation programs - like for teachers, and veterans.

Sebastian was amazing. Not only was he a one man band handling a ton of customers by himself, he actually stayed well after closing to make sure my data transfer completed without a hiccup. Manager, if you are reading this, give this man a raise. Thanks again Sebastian!

I spent hours on the phone, and went to two other stores, when all I really had to do was give this guy my phone for 5 minutes and all my problems were solved. He immediately knew what the problem was and how to fix it. So much stress just gone and it’s just his Tuesday.

Ok so I went into the store for a more complex issue, as I never have time to make long phone calls. I had a terrible experience the other day with another employee, but Sebastian took care of my needs and really went to bat for me. I was very pleased with the service I received and will definitely recommend this location to get help from Sebastian. He went above and beyond for me to get my service turned back on after a series of unfortunate events for me. I greatly appreciate the help I received and would 10/10 come back, but only to be helped by him! Thank you Sebastian! ❤

Had a great experience at this store because of Sebastian. I came in a month ago to request help with a pretty significant issue - I was being charged $1000 for a phone I had returned within the return time frame 1.5 years ago. Sebastian helped me open a case, and I thought the issue was solved. Fast forward to today, and it looked like I didn’t receive the credit I was waiting for. Sebastian once again came through and spent 2 hours helping me resolve the problem. I finally got my $1000 credit! Thanks for all your help Sebastian!

I'm really impressed by this store's customer service. Berto and Derek were great. I'm not an AT&T customer but had some fraud and identity theft concerns and both were excellent help. I really could not be happier with their service and went above and beyond on this situation.

What was really disappointing was the difference in service from these employees to the third that I think may be a manager that just came out, from what I'm assuming lunch, and simply cut and dry told me to "contact fraud." I appreciate the recommendation, but it could not have been any less helpful.

But thanks again for the initial two to help me. You were incredible.

Anthony was fantastic!! So helpful and easy to work with. Had a bad experience at another location and was hesitant to go into another one but he made it seamless and quick. Highly recommend this store if you are needing a headache free experience.

My wife and I upgraded our phones at this store with Trevor. He was amazing! Upgrading a couple of phones takes a long time (everyone should plan on at least an hour, it takes time people), but Trevor's friendliness, helpfulness, and good conversation helped pass the time. While upgrading we decided to get some accessories since there was a deal, but I couldn't decide what to get since we already had cases and we didn't have the right combo of needed items. Trevor saved the day by explaining and offering alternatives.
I read some of the other reviews and people need to understand that things happen. Stores can't always stock every combination of style, color, and capacity. Staff call in sick so they are understaffed occasionally. Company and store policies can differ. Sometimes there is miscommunication. In general, life happens. Regardless, this store rocks.

Simon was friendly and very helpful with our upgrades. He explained everything so we understood it and was patient with our questions. He was very personable and made our experience at this ATT a good one. This will be our store of choice from now on. Thanks Simon for setting us up and making sure our family was taken care of.

My teenagers broke their phone and we went in to get it upgraded. We came out with a much better phone and accessories then planned thanks to the diligence of the store reps that helped. They explained everything well, answered all our questions, and got us a great deal.

Madelyn Amaral was opening the store as I walked in. She was amazing! I give her 5 stars for being very knowledgeable, kind and patient. She was the only one in the store, she was answering phone calls and helping multiple customers at once. She handled herself very well, it was impressive! She was able to solve my technical issues with ease. I could not have done it without her. Finally some great customer service!

Sebastian was very helpful in transferring my account and getting my new phone set up! He made the process painless.
