Good prices on most things. Gotta love the rebates. Same store layout at every location so it's easier to find what you're looking for.

Great selection, fairly easy to find what you're looking for. Thankfully, they don't move the store around to just keep their people busy!

Excellent service today from Mary in building materials and the guys in the loading yard. They were all very friendly and helpful!

Went in for a visit today and I cannot find the product that I came in for. A simple tub spout diverter repair kit. Price $5.98.
The only thing that I could find on my first visit was the Delta replacement kit for 30 something dollars. I begrudgingly took those to the front counter, where I rang up my Mother’s Day gifts and decided to try and save myself a dollar or two go talk to the staff upfront to which I was diverted to the then off duty manager Catherine, who went above and beyond at knowing her store and helping customer satisfaction. Directed me to exactly what I needed and I walked away with such a smile that I’m writing this review.

Went to Lowes yesterday to purchase a new lockset, have it rekeyed for my existing key. Was told I had to purchase the lockset and leave it, would receive a call within 24 hours to return to the store and pick up my rekeyed lock set. I walked out, drove Menards, picked out a lock set, walked over to building material desk, spoke with James, bingo bango. Thank you , James!

Had a return. The wait was brief. Despite a line of returns the employee was patient, courteous, and we'll informed about the requirements for the process. I had a purchase from another location, and had only the Internet printout, no register receipt. She helped through the process of obtaining the required receipt, using the self-service kiosk. Great experience. Thank you.

I tried Lowes, but they didn't have what I needed. At Menard's, Richard helped me for several minutes to find the combination of fittings that would work. In doing so, he saved me several hundred bucks. Thanks, Richard!

I wanted to give 5 stars to a young lady named Zoey. She was the most helpful and thoughtful employee. If that store had 10 more like her the store would run like a well oiled machine. Thank you Zoey for helping an old and forgetful woman. You were such a blessing to me. I thanked God for you. I hope you have a blessed life.
Zoey works at the Bloomington Indiana store. She deserves a raise and a promotion!

My go to hardware store! It’s always clean and well stocked. Prices are reasonable and their rebates are a nice perk.

Able to find all that I was looking for at reasonable prices. Nice selection of kitchen faucets which was the primary reason for the visits. Masks required signs and 95% compliance from customers, 100% from staff. Needed to ask 3 different staff members product and location information. All were courteous and correct. If we can talk owners into adjusting their political contributions, I'm all in!

The store was all decked out for Spring. They even had geraniums and other annual plants in the garden center. If I had more time I would have shopped longer in the garden center. Come on warm weather, so tired of the cold!

We both were very impressed. Our pump went out in our well. We had our old box and that is what we called into the Plumbing department. The employee who got on the phone was very knowledgeable on what we were needing. We were thinking our pump was under warranty but because we could not produce the receipt or check we had to buy a new one. We went today and purchased another one. It was $300 but, we got a rebate of $31.00 of which we were related about. Menards was very clean and I was so very Thankful that the employee showed me how to get our rebate. I will get that in the mail tomorrow. Thank You Menards! Out of curiosity why do You not have a Military discount?

Love the selection of organizer products. Large store. They have so much. Very good layout. I have no problem finding what I need. The employees are so helpful and walk me all the time to the product I am looking for.

Very very helpful and polite. Bought the very last Poulan Pro PR5020 chainsaw and was extremely happy with the service I got. I was pretty indecisive, but the employee did not make me feel rushed in any way. He was quite helpful. 6 stars for sure.

Good customer service. My wife called while we were picking up materials, said we need cat food. They had our brand, saved me a stop! The annual flower selection is well taken care of as well. They are all inside on this nippy morning.

Menards has pretty much everything you need. They also do 11% rebates very often witch depending on the amount of items you buy you can receive a decent rebate for instore use. They carry both name brand and off brand items for any budget your working with. I typically always go here for flooring needs and appliances as they have good prices for both name brand and off brand goods. They carry good durability and long lasting items.

You won't find better customer service anywhere else. I have always stayed with Menards over the years because of quality of their products, great prices, and great selection including plenty of American made products. And over the years I have had some minor issues a couple of times with special orders or deliveries, etc. But the managers and staff have always gone above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and everything was made right. I highly recommend this store.
