I went to this location to make copies of an original artist, print for graduation announcements for my son. I needed a lot of help, and the associate was extremely kind and patient with me. She was so helpful and made the process easy! She was multitasking and four or five people at the same time. Amazing. She deserves a raise!

Why go anywhere else. I have the worst luck with tech and can never navigate it. Man, once I came to this Office Depot life got a lot easier. There tech guy Tim is awesome and helpful. I think he maybe a relative of Einstein the way he works his way around a computer and printer. Either way. Top tier Office Depot.

I needed some copies made, from a PDF that I had been sent. Google search listed this particular business as one that fit my specific needs.
I called ahead of time to make sure that they were capable of assisting me. Amazingly enough, whenever I called ahead of time, a real live human being answered the phone and assured me that they would be able to help me.
Located inside of a shopping center, there was plenty of parking space available. There was also handicap parking throughout and everything was handicap accessible as well.
The store was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, extremely organized, well lit and everything was clearly marked.
There were also staff members ready to assist you, if the need arose.
I was directed to the printing section where and extremely professional and knowledgeable staff member named Yvanna provided me with assistance. She was outgoing with a most pleasant personality and my file was downloaded and printed in a matter of minutes.
From office furniture, to office supplies, sanitizing and cleaning agents, to common household items that I wouldn't have ever expected for sale. There were a plethora of items for almost all of your wants and needs.

The early morning staff is nice and gives you space to roam the store and very easy to approach when you have questions.
You find everything for your business and first day of school for every grade level. They have a large set up of backpacks that are 25% off from the original price right now. They also carry my favorite notebook 📓 brand Five Star 🌟 and they have them right up front near the entrance to your left after coming around the corner.

Would like to give a five star review to Samara in the printing department. We come busted in 45 minutes before closing and she said no problem she would have us some business cards printed. After a few minutes design and what we want online we were walking out the door seven minutes later.

Purchased a Realspace file cabinet from the Magellan Collection to compliment the desk and printer stand I purchased last year. It now looks like a true office! The only drawback is that its not real wood but still appears to be good quality engineered wood. The expresso color is beautiful and each piece compliments one another. In total, it took me a few hours to assemble ( key word ME) because the instructions were illustrations with arrows. I was hoping there would be a bar code to scan for a video tutorial. It's do-able if you have patience. I would recommend to anyone looking for inexpensive office furniture!

Customer service was awesome. After going to two previous stores looking for chipboard, I tried Office Depot on a whim. Someone came up to help me when I first walked in, and when I asked if they sold chipboard he initially said no. I turned to leave but he stopped me and asked how thick and how much I needed. Then he went to the back and brought out a small stack and let me take it for free. As an architecture student who really needed it to build a model for class, this was super helpful and so nice! Thanks :)

Wow. Being greeted at the door and asked if I needed assistance is so very refreshing these days. I was beyond pleased with the level of customer service this store offered. And the prices were pretty good too! Even though it's a tad out of the way for me, I will return to THIS store for all my future office needs.

Always a great experience at office depot. Items always in stock. I usually have reward dollars to help reduce my purchase.

For a high volume print service, the associates, especially Samir, do a great job. They are very kind and work extremely hard. If you compare this location with other print centers, you will see they are top knotch. Silvia Espinoza is a great person to work with and very diplomatic and hard worker.

The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The place was clean and organized. I found stuff I didn't know I needed by browsing the aisles.

I always enjoy shopping at Staples whether it’s online or in the store. The associates are always willing to assist you and make sure you have what you need.

Recently my experiences in retail places haven’t been very pleasant. I think it’s mostly due to short staff everywhere. But my experience today was different. Samir and Carly did their best to help me with the self service printer. There were many people in line, a few in which were unnecessary rude to the employees. But they both handle it well, better than I could! So it’s important they get recognized. Both young employees, and both did what they could to ensure I left pleased with my experience. Be patient when coming here, and remember the employees are people too. And they’re really trying their best!

I came to Charlotte for a conference and forgot my business cards in VA. Tamara (Print manager) and her team were beyond helpful. She helped me create my cards and printed them right away. Much cheaper than having some shipped and I actually like my new ones better than the old ones. If your doing business at the Hilton next door or local area come here for great customer service.

I experienced the most unlikely but annoying of events. Specifically, every printer cartridge purchased (four of them) failed simultaneously. I returned them for a courteous and prompt exchange even though I no longer held the receipt.

The University store is very pleasant and helpful to shop in very organized. They don’t mind assisting you with technology.
