She was very nice & help me find what I was looking for & had her but machine on my car cause check engine light was on told me what was wrong with it even wrote it all down for me. So I give them a 5 star keep up the good work.

The guy I spoke with was actually very knowledgeable. One of the other guys didn't know much but hadn't been there long. The cashier which was who I spoke with actually came out and helped me and also showed me how to put the refrigerant into my ac system. Which was greatly appreciated! Very helpful and pleasant

Where I buy nearly all my auto parts! Friendly staff and they almost always have what I need in stock; but if they don't they get it from another location or order if no other option and I usually get it same day! Highly recommended!

I was traveling to Cincinnati for a funeral and had a brake line blow out about ten miles West of town. The staff here was very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help me get my brake system repaired and bled, as well as loan me whatever tools that I didn't have in my tool box. This may be the only time I visit their store, as I live in Kansas, but I would not hesitate to stop in again, should the need arise. They have my gratitude and respect.

I came into this store a few weeks ago with an emergency. And purchased a purge vent valve solenoid. I asked James if he could put it on. And he did. And he's been available each time I've stopped by for help. James is a great service rep. And I am thankful for him. Thank you James. EDIT August 8, 2020
I came in needing my headlights replaced. Well one. And Spencer helped me and then Keagan ended up changing both my headlights. And burnt his finger. 😟 sorry Keagan. I am so thankful for you guys and your awesome service. Bless you.

As a former employee; (started as a Delivery Driver and left as Installer Service Specialist- another term for Commercial Manager), I will always choose O'Reilly Auto Parts for what I need. I've always preferred this store because the stores are stocked well, clean, organized, they offer store to store purchases, same day distribution center runs, and deliver to commercial establishments. Online orders can be fulfilled and will-call options are available too.

Very helpful. I needed a new tail light combo on my Ram Power Wagon. They replaced it for me. No way I would have been able to do that.

Nice friendly staff! We broke down there in Terra Haute.We bought some items there attempting to get our van running with no success. They let us leave the van there for a couple of days until we could get it towed home.
