Pet Supplies Plus Fort Wayne - Stelhorn

I have been visiting this location for a while. I really enjoy bringing my dogs here to practice training and get some goodies. We have come 2x recently as both my pups had birthdays. Well tonight we visited and there was a volunteer from the shelter checking on a cat and also a pet supplies plus employee named Ellie. Both were so helpful and kind. My daughter was asking them lots of questions, especially Ellie. Ellie was busy, but she did not get frustrated or upset. She encouraged my daughter, saying she could work there when she is 16. She took time to share about the animals she was feeding. She even talked to her about all the random questions my daughter asked. I know she had lots to do, and I am just so thankful for her kindess. My daughter has a lot if trauma and it made her day for someone to take the time to be nice and help her learn. Many pet stores just dismiss her questions since they know she is not buying the animal. I really appreciate Ellies kindness. Please let her know that she is an excellent person and she will go far in this world!

Always helpful. Never had an issue. Chloe loves going in and seeing what she can buy. Oh! And yes I have a dog now, so if any of my other followers see me on here, hi 👋 They have cute clothes for your furbaby too! 🥰

We love Pet Supplies Plus! They are always friendly and helpful. Our dog’s groomer, Julie, is amazing! This is the only place we go for grooming, dog food and any other pet needs.

The manager was very friendly, polite, with a can do attitude! She made sure my mom and I were taken care of!!! She's a wonderful asset for that store!!

Visit Sept 30 of '23 employees were helpful and pleasent!! The shelves were stocked well this visit also. The 20% off storewide was wonderful!!

Stopped in to get items to calm my dogs down on 4th of July. Reasonably priced and they worked well. Probably will stop back in to see what else they have.

Haley is our groomer and we couldn't be happier!! Ginger is so good for her. She doesn't let me even come near her with a brush or scissors 😂😂 Thank u Haley for making our Ginger Bear so nice & neat, see u in a couple months!!

We’ve been going here to pick up various items for our cats - mostly litter and occasionally food - for the last several years.

Have never had a bad experience, the staff has always been friendly and helpful, and they usually have just what were looking for (no place carries everything you want, but you can’t hold that against them).

Used their curb side service on occasion when things were locked down due to COVID and it worked out really well. Place your order, call when you’re at the curb, and someone would run the items out and put them in the back of the car.

We’ll be continuing to visit here on a regular basis.

The store has an amazing selection of dog foods, both canned and dry. As long as they keep stocking the Wellness brand food that I purchase I will continue to shop here. They have an abundance of toys and treats that are competitively priced. Lots of health and wellness products. The store is always clean and well stocked, employees are helpful.

I think their selection is great. The customer service was phenomenal. My cat has a few special dietary needs and an employee took her time helping me out and seemed very knowledgeable. She suggested several options that I was excited to try and there's still more I'll go back for if they don't work out!

Happened to go there on mobile adoption day, that was hard. Anyhow, a full service pet store, even offering to take my purchase out to the car for me so I wouldn't have to return the cart. Great experience.

I cannot say enough good things about Julie in the grooming department. My cocker, Truman, is 15. After his appointments he acts like a silly puppy. She's AMAZING and does a great job. It's obvious how much she loves all dogs. Highly recommend. ♥

Pet Supplies Plus is my favorite pet shop for sure. My location on Stellhorn had everything you possibly need. I love the Dog wash area the most. They have everything I need for my three dogs from vitamins to toys and Halloween costumes. My favorite is that they price match anyplace you find something cheaper.

Always well organized and love the variety of products and services... Staff is always courteous and helpful. I need assistance getting my babies dog food to my vehicle and it may seem a small service to them, but to me? It's HUGE. Thank you staff for always making my visit to your store a pleasant one.

I absolutely love any Pet Supplies Plus Pet Store basically!!! I have worked for them previously a few years ago and absolutely loved it and loved my job! They have a wide variety of every pet option and/or pet necessities you could ever even imagine of needing ever! And the variety of cute collars and leashes and accessories are absolutely mind boggling and I love them all! They even carry their own brand of pet food for dogs and cats and even multiple varieties and so on! I will always push Pet Supplies Plus! They normally have employees that are extremely friendly and helpful, and even super insightful to new possible ideas to help in any situation and/or possible outcome in and out of store. They even have their own groomers too! Plus a self bathing area! And their ceramic self bather areas for the dogs and their owners are absolutely amazing anyways! A must go and see! Promise any animal lover will fall in love!!!!

I had issues getting a specific bag of food for my dogs sensitivity to chicken and the bag was never in. They order it for me bi-weekly now and keep it in the back until I show up for my order! If you need something that is always out of stock they will make sure your pup gets what they need
