Ziffle's Rib Bar

This was our first time there and for once the rumors were true. This is truly a hidden gem in Fort Wayne. My husband and I went for a date night but next time we will probably take the kids because they have family dining separate from the bar.
It really felt like a BBQ dive when we walked in the place. We had decided to try as much as we could our first trip so we started with a cheese-fries appetizer. We probably should ha e gotten the half plate since it was just the 2 of us because this plate could have easily fed 4 to 6 people. It has the option of adding bacon or pulled pork. We went for bacon and was not disappointed!
Next, I tried the "pig out platter" so that we could try a little of everything. Again, we could have just split that, it was so big, but my husband wanted to try their sausage roll (a Midwest favorite) and he absolutely loved it. We shared everything and ended up taking quite a bit home with us for lunch the next day. The sausage roll does come in a half size but he wanted the leftovers for lunch. LOL
10/10 will definitely go again and DO recommend!

This place has the best wings. I usually feel like many places don’t use enough sauce, but Ziffles does. They also have amazing fried pickles. They’re fried perfectly with the pickle still juicy inside. My boyfriend had the ribs and loved them, as well.

Went there for lunch a little bit before noon. Got seated in the bar. Excellent service especially around the time when they were getting busy the food was piping hot and delicious and served relatively fast. I recommend if you get one of their baskets to ask for an extra piece of garlic bread cuz that stuff is amazing.

The atmosphere here is great and the waitress was very friendly. The food was great and the prices were crazy low for todays economy. We will definitly be back

I've enjoyed their food for over a decade, the best BBQ sauce in town and I think the best ribs too! This was my first time actually dining in and everything was delicious.

Took me over 5 years of living in the area to finally try Ziffle's Rib Bar and I get why people have suggested I go there. Large portions, good food and friendly people. I had the rib tips while my wife had the Hog Trough and it all looked and tasted so good! We'll make sure to go there again.

I forgot to get pictures of the food my girlfriend and I bought on 05_27_23. We split a slab of ribs basket that comes with fries and garlic bread. We also had a side of Mac and cheese and extra garlic bread. The ribs and garlic bread were great and the Mac and cheese was delicious.👍👍👍👍👍😁😁😁😁😁.

This place is arguably the best bbq place in town. The portions are large, service is quick and friendly, and the food is consistently delicious.

My favorite thing to get there is the ribtip basket. This time though I got the breaded pork tenderloin and was pleasently suprised by how large it was (easily 2x the size of the bun). It had a nice crispy exterior while maintaining a juicy interior. Great job team! Will definitely be back for more!

On Saturday, 3/11/23 my family and I stopped in to eat together. When we were finished we ordered some food for carryout; in conversation we mentioned that we were taking the carryout food to some friends who just lost their home to a fire.
Not only did they not charge us for the food we had already ordered to take, but they added more, enough to feed the family several times over!
This is proof that there are still good people in the world who want to help others and spread kindness.

Great pizza, great cheese sticks. Nice atmosphere will definitely come back. If I get the chance.

Shared small Greek Salad had sausage roll... returned roll for heating contents but second time was a charm... wife had ribs which completely excllent as usual. Family culture... love the wait staff and food!
