Taylor was the absolute best! AKA T Sweezy! She was very helpful and professional in getting us set up with our new plan and new phones. I would give her TEN stars if that was an option but unfortunately this device limits me to only five. ☹

Taylor was kind, caring compassionate and rectified an issue from another store that she did not create or cause. She is a model for customer service and leadership.

Taylor and Angelo provided thorough information, were professional at all times, explained pricing options and effects of pricing and payment choices, and courteous with all customers although the store was quite busy, and everything transitioned to a new phone and it all works. I went to the store to pay my bill, and the representative is always ready to help. She does listen and then she just gave me advise about my phone questions. In my opinion she is always ready and very happy to help. I have nothing to say but good things about the costumer services that she did provide for me thank you for your help, and thank you AT&T.

We went in to put my computer on my phone plan and they gave me all the details and answers all my questions before they had me sign everything. After that we tried to put boyfriend on my phone plan but we ended up not being able to but Kelly and Taylor did everything they could. They told us everything they where doing and even though we couldn't get him the phone he wanted this was the best experience I've ever had at a phone store. They where extremely professional and even took time when they where off the clock to pick up the phone and answer all my questions.I would highly recommend coming here and no where else. No matter who you get here you're always in great hands.

Taylor went above all expectations on helping me with my phone. I don’t have time to spend in a phone store so she made it quick and easy for me to do everything over the phone and have it picked up! If anybody needs anything at all they should as ask for her!

We went in with new phones we were having trouble setting up. Was helped by Taylor who could not have been nicer or more helpful. So nice to deal with someone who was very professional and friendly. Thank you so much Taylor.

We visited the AT&T store on new Margaret and we received the friendly, knowledgeable service from a man named Taylor the DistrictMgr. He had a wonderful attitude and was patient with answering our questions & allowing us to get the phone we needed!

I love coming to this store when I need a new phone. They always try to get me the best deals and they are great to work with. The manager Kelly is extremely sweet.
