The UPS Store

I love this store. This is the only UPS store I go to and I've always had great customer service. I appreciate the time they take to help their customers. The service industry is a tough one because customers can be so awful sometimes. But if we just work together and be patient with one another, it's a great relationship! Thank you UPS store!!! :)

I stop by this store every day for my business. The staff is always incredible warm and friendly.

The other day as I was about to walk in with my giant IKEA bag full of orders, I got a phone call. I didn’t want to be rude so I stayed outside the store to frame the call. One of the employees had seen me, and came outside to take my packages in and get them scanned so they would make the afternoon truck.

THAT is the kind of over and above service that will keep customers like me coming back over and over again.

Easy in and out, quick service, and adequate parking make this UPS store a favorite; especially for returning Amazon returns. Always friendly, and always prompt.

Customer service reps are always knowledgeable, friendly and very polite. Without fail. Dealing with the public has become quite the challenge and it was my job for 20 years. Be patient. Remember your manners. This store and these people are so welcome in Alachua! I sure don't want to go to Gainesville if I don't have to! Happy they're here and love UPS.

Today I went to the UPS Store knowing it might be a busy time. Indeed it was. The lady ahead of me had about 7 packages. At the other counter , the gentleman was processing multiple large envelopes for someone which all needed labels. The store personnel showed great concern that I be helped as soon as possible and worked quite efficiently to make that happen.

Have been meaning to write this review for some time!! My husband and I have been using this store for a couple of years now. We order a lot from Amazon, so we have our fair share of returns. This store makes it easy to get in and out. I have seen them go out of their way for customers, looking up rates from USPS and UPS. Joe and I have always had wonderful service. We have been to a couple of the other UPS stores in Gainesville and Jonesville, but, they don't compare to this one in Alachua.

I love this location. They have the nicest employees and always go above and beyond to help. They always try to save you money on shipping and are always pleasant to deal with. Best UPS store in the area!

In this store, they are always happy greeters. They are the best! Thank you for all your many times with uploading my important timely documents onto my flash drive.

Always helps me unload boxes from my car and helps me tape them up. The package arrive safely, I damaged and on time! Staff is super helpful and courteous!
