I was given the upmost interest in my situation concerning my cpap machine, Lisa and staff help me out with accuracies and gave me so much knowledge I didn't know thank you all so much 👍

I had a good experience

I’ve been using Wannamaker Drug in Cheraw for going on 5 months now and I have never had an issue (that’s why I did give 2 stars) up until today. My medicine was called in at 4:30PM, something I have been out of for a couple of weeks now due to financial reasons and in extreme need of but because it’s telemedicine and she ‘doesn’t feel comfortable’ filling it, she tells me I have to wait til tomorrow although she could obviously see where I have been getting it filled there for a few months now. Not exactly sure who this pharmacist was but she was rude, and there was absolutely no reason for her not to fill my medication an hr and a half before closing time. Laziness and ready to go home was her reason for not filling it I’m sure. So after I pick up my meds tomorrow morning, I am DONE with this place. Such a disappointment for a well-known small town pharmacy.

Meds not delivered on time, no phone call received from the drugstore, customer service awful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. There's no clear communication from the staff here. After waiting all day and on the third attempt to check on a simple prescription, being told the order isn't ready... I mean... Medication I needed before returning to work and being gone for the next week and a half... Thanks. 👎

Wouldn't allow me to switch a prescription for my autistic daughter to their pharmacy during the national adhd med shortage.
