Everybody was super helpful and fixed my phone network issues. Also was able to help set me up with Verizons new home internet. Pretty excited about it.

Brittany was wonderful. I went in after having a very long stressful day after my phone broke. She worked quickly to help me get a new phone & set it up. She did a great job at explaining current deals & was great at helping me pick what would work best for me. She is a wonderful asset to your company. She was friendly & knowledgeable.

This is Darlene bozinger me and my husband went to the store and Brittany and Winfred are very very good as far as representing your company so I just want to let you know that you've got 2 good people working here and they definitely need a raise because they are very very helpful, or whatever you can do for them because they're worth every penny thank you.

Visit this Verizon store yesterday and I got to say it’s the best experience I’ve had at a Verizon store in awhile. The friendliness and experience of this stores manager and employee’s or amazing. Ben Pennell helped me with picking out the right phone for me because I was so undecided, even the young lady working inside with him let me hold her own phone to help me to decide, now how many would do that, I wouldn’t! Best Verizon store all around pay them a visit for all your Verizon need. Brenda

My experience here was excellent. Ben Pennell was great. He helped me find a phone to fit my budget. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional, and gave me a good deal. Whatever reputation this place had in the past, it is under new management now, and I recommend giving them a chance.

Will definitely recommend this Verizon... wasn't felt pressured to buy like most places that just try and sell you.... she was super sweet and manager helped find us a way to get the best deal for our budget!!! Anyone with looking to switch to Verizon, I would recommend you going to this one.

I was looking for a replacement phone for an IPhone 4. Benjamin was not only helpful and courteous, but just went out of his way to help me get comfortable with the new technology and assured me if I was ever in need of assistance, he would be there at the store to solve my difficulties.
