AT&T Store

Diego helped us save over $100 a month between our phone bill and the directv bill. He took the time to carefully answer all of our questions too. I really appreciate his informative and friendly manor with his customers. My family will definitely be coming back to him for our AT&T needs.

We also had Wilson hook up the new direct tv devices in our home. We were lucky enough to get the direct tv set up the day we went to the store. He was very friendly and respectful while entering our home. The whole process was really quick and we have no issues so far.

I came in today and transferred from metro to AT&T. Alejandra helped me through the whole process not only was she helpful, she was amazing ,patient, and Knowledgeable. Her customer service skills were outstanding and the whole experience was fast, and she represented the store very well. Definitely recommend her to anyone that needs help when going to AT&T I’m whitewood. Thank you for your help

If your stores had Rep's like Wilson, your customer satisfaction would increase, your sales would go up, and you would obtain more market share.

I have dealt with this store on a few occasions and the staff no matter who it is has always been friendly and helpful
It did not matter to Melissa that I was a dinosaur and asked numerous questions. She was patient and helpful including a review of our plan to make sure that it was the best fit and most economical
What a great experience in comparison to the recent events I had with a certain cable company
Hopefully upper management is smart enough to realize that the front line staff like Melissa can make or break keeping customers coming back or just keeping them
This young lady is a star and should be commended for her efforts to walk me through all of the options in making the decision on what phone and plan is best for my needs

Melissa helped us out and she was incredibly patient with us as she explained what our options were for replacing two of our phones that had stopped working. She was very knowledgeable about the devices we were getting and helped us with our bill. I'm really glad we walked in yesterday!

Melissa was the best! She was so helpful, and offered us an amazing tradition-in deal. Didn’t try to upsell me things I didn’t want or need. She did offer lots of services and accessories but wasn’t pushy or annoying about it. That was the best part. She was efficient, friendly and made our phone upgrade experience really quick and easy. We left happy and left way under budget for what we had planned. If you need a sales associate at this AT&T store I would completely recommend her.

I always enjoy seeing a smile along with “great customer service!” Melissa always greets me with a smile and makes sure my needs are meant. I am older and at times find it difficulty figuring out how my phone works. I appreciate and recommend AT&T (services) because customer service is so rare now. I went to the AT&T store in Whittwood because my phone was not ringing and had no idea what was going on. I was going to upgrade my phone before the iPhone 14 came out because I was a bit desperate. However, the sweet young , helpful Melissa came to the rescue. Not only did she help me fix my phone but told me to come back for an upgrade in a couple of months when the 14 comes out. She was awesome and I will go back to get help from her again. Knowledgeable and kind, two great qualities. Keep it up. 😃

Kevin helped my mom with her upgrade to a new iPhone. We had many questions about pricing and he was able to answer them. The other staff were also great. Everyone made sure we felt safe with social distancing due to covid.
