Whittier locations have everything I need, usually all the time! Great name, designer brands at half the price! Fantastic clearance sections always stacked and stocked!

Pretty organized and cashiers were pretty quick to help customers

This Whittier store is so amazing how they have everything, even clothing for men, women, and little kids.

This location was well organized and cashier was extremely friendly but not to the point where the line was held up by her conversation. Lines moved so quickly about 5pm shopping time. Even the other shoppers were friendly at this site and helped me with a cart when I had to switch places with my husband so I could feed the baby. Good vibes here.

Great place , needs to fix, thier restroom for the customers. Muss how they had more selection in shoes & boots. No tennis shoes nor boots 😲

They always have what you need at good prices. I got these for $35.

This Ross is Awesome they let me use the restroom before I shopped one hour before closing most Ross stores don’t have that consideration or care for customers need to be able to shop in their stores I really appreciate workers that are considerate and caring it makes our shopping experience so much more enjoyable thank you guys your Awesome 😊👍❤

Okay last week or so i had a bad experience at the Ross store in Arleta Ca. They didn't want to return an item even thou i had the receipt . I even Explained i wouldn't never use the fragrance I want it to. Buy
I asked for store credit. The manager said no.

Now i go to the Whittier Ross store it was a guy who did my return no problem cash back ... I'm happy. And they get a positive review. Who ever the District manager is in the Whittier area
Keep up the great work your stores all in this area have a great people working for you . Especially the Ross in Whittier at the Quad. 👍

I love the fact that you can score some great deals on a lot of different types of items at these kinds of stores. Usually I try to make an effort to visit a few on a weekend every few months to get a great bargain on work clothes. 12 bucks for a shirt compared to $30+ shirts, heck ya. Also for simple things around the house aswell. If you never been to a Ross or similar stores I really recommend it if you care about saving money. Don't have to go every week cause that's a waste but once in a while those savings can add up.

I adore shopping at Ross because its more affordable than their very close by competitors. One time I was looking around for great deals and went to the competitors; took one look at their prices and went back to Ross. The only thing I don't like about shopping here is the fact that every time I do it takes me five to 7 hours to find what I want and need.

I love shopping here, you come in and you are greeted and welcomed to Ross. The have the best selection of purses, a lot of designer ones. Betsy Johnson, Guess, etc. The also have top fashion clothing items and their prices are very reasonable. Go often because their items turn over quickly.

Great selection, friendly staff, clean bathrooms, courteous check out process, staff was actually highly motivated to help me find items other than what I was even coming there for! They are definitely sales people at this Ross* Keep up the great work Ross!

Friendly service and lots in stock.

The associate cashier was very helpful and friendly even with the busy store and humongous line, it made the difference I wish more people were like her she was very nice, the store was a little messy and out of lots of stuff but I found what I needed and I know that was to be expected shopping last minute.

Well I just moved in this area an I have been here a few times
All I can say is that I'm a complainer an everyone at this store does their jobs very well
Every employee customer service has been great this far..
