Great customer service. I bought a gardening shed and i didn't get her name but she helped me out to my car. Excellence service thank you so much

I like how the Big Lots discount store combines with the grocery and the furniture area connected. It's the best local place in all of Whittier.

I am disabled, as I walked up to the door staff greeted me with a shopping cart. I was inquiring about bedroom sets and mattresses. The gentleman that assisted me was a delight and very helpful. Even at the register the friendly service did not stop.

Great place to find what you are looking for and for things you weren't looking for and happen to find. Store was free of clutter everything is neatly displayed.

Went in for a job but was told not hiring.So the company's website has issues.The manager was very nice and so we're other staff there.Got a good price on a queen size bed so it was a good experience hopefully I get a call back sometime when something does open I am a big fan of Big Lots!😊

Love to come here I find mostly everything I'm looking for at good prices. I absolutely love their sale items. I do recommend.

This store always has what I need. Love the merchandise and the prices vs going to a bigger stores ( will not mention names😉) never had a attitude problem with the employees. They are quite helpful

The last two times that I shopped at my local Big Lots I was using my motorized wheelchair. I shopped a long time going up and down every aisle. Each time a specific employee would periodically come to me asking if I found everything I was looking for, and offered to take the items up front to hold while I continued browsing. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed to shop as long as I liked. I saw her offering the same courtesies to other shoppers. Some of the shoppers appeared offended and considered her intrusive. Sad. All of the checkers appeared uninterested in unnecessary conversation with customers. Sad, but no big deal either. My Big Lots is clean, doesn't smell and is kept organized. That is greatly appreciated.

Full inventory, great prices

Great store. Regular Big Lots with an over sized furniture department. I've bought here a few times. An employee named Darren always helps us out. He's extremely informed of his area the furniture dep. Great dude. Nice store. Will always return.

The store was super clean, and organized!! Great and friendly staff, was nicely greeted upon arriving the store and associates were available if needed. Only negative is some of the items around the store didn't have price tags

Purchased our dinning set from this place. It is holding up pretty good. The customer service at the furniture could use more back up. Customers wait to long to be helped, because the Company only has two service agents. Regardless of the wait the staff is still good

Low prices and friendly service

Found out this store has the traditional Christmas Hard Candy 🍬🍬 like both my grandma's put out at this time. It's a great way to remember my childhood especially those fun times at their homes 🏠

This place is half clean but still nice to go to but otherwise its the best store. And they have best beds ever n I got mine here. 7 stars

what can I say about this place for big lots lots of things you know everything is everything is good good price you know well stacked all the aisles are clean you know everything is like the way it's supposed to be it feels it smells fresh and everything in there and it feels like inviting so go to that place it's a good place
