AT&T Store

I am writing today regarding my customer experience as I upgraded my old iPhone 10 to an Apple 15 and also changed providers from Verizon to AT&T. The salesman who assisted me through the process was a delight! Gus Munoz at the Beltway store in Las Vegas, is an excellent representative for your company. He is professional, friendly, courteous and helpful. He patiently walked me through the process and never pressured me. In this day and age when customers have many options to take their business, it is refreshing to know there are employees out there with such skill and presence. Thank you, Carla Alston

Went in with a phone that was absolutely smashed by probably at least five cars, which had data on it that I couldn't retrieve. Also had my new phone, which stopped working when I put the Sim card in the old phone in hopes of trying one more time. Tony helped me and he was so friendly and funny, and we talked about our dogs. He got Lesley, an Asurion person, to come see if we could get my phone data and to let me know if I'd be in any trouble for not being able to erase the contents. Lesley was so personable and patient, and answered a lot of questions while Tony was helping my mom. We got the Sim issue fixed, but weren't able to retrieve my data. Luckily, Lesley assured me I wouldn't be penalized for this. A good trip and great customer service from both. They seem like very nice people and if I need to go to an AT&T store again, this is the one I'm going to. Thanks, Tony and Lesley!

Tony, a representative at the location, patiently addressed all of my concerns and provided advice to prevent future issues. Throughout my visit, both Tony and the entire AT&T team maintained a welcoming and friendly demeanor. I strongly recommend this particular branch for any services or purchases you may need.

I just got a new phone at this store. Nancy the salesperson help my girlfriend and me with the phone and helped getting it up and working. We want to say thanks a the service was the best!!!!!

I had the best experience at my AT&T store on Eastern Avenue… I just purchased an iPhone 14 and I know I was supposed to be able to set it up on my own, but I decided to go into the store and see if they could help me… Joe was happy to walk me through the whole process and do everything for me while I watched! I repeatedly go back to the store with any questions because they don’t make me feel stupid. In fact they’re always friendly and helpful! I’ve had a couple of experiences with Arnold prior to my experience with Joe today and each time I go in it’s exactly the same wonderful experience, a friendliness and professionalism. I can’t recommend this store more highly! My relationship with them has been going on literally for years now simply due to the proximity of the store to my home and gym, but now, even if I moved, I would drive across town to come to the AT&T store on Eastern and serene! Always helpful, always friendly, always nice and professional!

I’m a FirstNet customer and I had a bad experience with another store. Gus was awesome in helping. For someone commission based he really took the time to help me.

Joe was super awesome. He made sure I not only got the products I came in for but also assisted me in applying both the camera and screen protectors. His application was PERFECT! Great vibes and I’m very glad he helped me out!
