T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Before the initial store visit I was on the phone back and forth transfers between T-Mobile and their third party insurance company assurance. Finally with T-Mobile I was taken care of and my new phone was ordered. Once my wife and I got the store there was what seemed to be missed communication but long story short. Retail associate manager Gaige P was amazing and treated me so nicely and had the best of customer service that I have witnessed, not with just me but all others who were in his store. I did get upset with the missed communication but he did help explain everything amazingly and with me in store he called T-Mobile to receive the exact information we needed and I walked out happier than I ever have from a phone store. Ask for Gaige for sure on your visit!!!

Dylan and Gaige were amazing today got a nice friendly hello from both of them as I walked in didn’t wait for long to be helped got everything I needed they were both great and both made my day by laughing and just all together in a good mood definitely go in on a Sunday they both work and both are great!

Phu is amazing! If you ever need a go to guy he is the one to help you with anything and everything! 10/10

I parked right out front, waited just a little bit after him saying that he would be with me in a moment. I was probably only inside waiting for a few minutes. He got my lifetime replacement screen protector on order, and I'll bring it in for him to install in less than a week or so. Then he will put it on for me. I used to never drop my phone, and then this time my phone holder came off the dash of my truck and cracked the corner of my screen protector. Oh well, it will be replaced soon.

We have 7 lines through T-Mobile and the store manager Phu and his staff helped us with our phones. Hands down the most professional, courteous, and hands on team we have dealt with. Our daughters phone stopped working, and come to find out we were just pushing the wrong button to turn it on. Instead of making us feel like idiots they were so awesome and helped us figure out the issue. Thank you guys!

Love this location, as a local here in north ogden I always go to this shop. Great service/ transparency/ and usually some good laughs. The crew keeps it light and fun whenever we come in and they always see about updating our plan to save us money as well what kind of upgrades we are eligible for without being pushy. If it’s not in stock they order it in and we come to the shop and they get us all set up. They tend to be fairly busy but We call ahead to set appointments and always get in right away. Dylan and Phu Rock!!!!

My wife and I bought a couple phones here today with some accessories. I told our salesperson, Dillan, I didn't have time to talk much and just wanted to get out of there quickly. He's great! He didn't waste our time with sales pitches and he was very nice. Dillan, 5 stars to you! Thank you!!!

We came into the store after having repeated problems with our previous carrier. We worked with Ashton and he had all three of our numbers ported over to T-Mobile and phones set up within an hour. Very good service at this location and the team is very happy and eager to help. T-Mobile offers an excellent discount and rate plan for Veterans and Active Duty military so I highly recommend this carrier for the value as well!

Somehow all of the most wonderful people work together at one location. They are so thoughtful and helpful in their assistance - everything is explained thoroughly and in a way I can understand. It is genuinely such a luxury knowing that the t-mobile right by my house and work is full of people that I feel comfortable asking questions to. I've had the best experiences with Gaige, Emely, Phu, and Ashton (especially Gaige).

My boy Phu told me more about whether my device was eligible for carrier unlock than my actual corporate account rep.

I kid you not I legit chased this up to a T-mobile network engineer who then referred me to a static page I'D ALREADY SENT MY REP before I gave up and hit a local store.

The customer service is amazing. They are the best phone store I have ever been in and definitely the best T-Mobile store I have ever been in. And they were so amazing with my daughter and very helpful! If I could give them more stars I definitely would. Absolutely amazing!

After getting frustrated with the reps at the Harrisville store, I came here to have a unique situation taken care of. They were able to solve the issue in minutes, and troubleshoot a small thing after consulting with corporate representatives. Ashton and Desiree went above and beyond, thank you!

I can't believe how fast the internet is with the mobile! That definitely helps me feel like I made the right choice for sure!

Awesome customer service from Nahum and Emely! My husband went in a couple weeks ago and got me a new phone so I went in to transfer to the new phone and Nahum remembered helping my husband!! It’s nice to find great customer service nowadays!! 😁

Walked in and everyone looked like a solid 9 but treated me like a solid 10! Love the service and smiling faces they provided! Will always come back. :)
