Ogden Nordic Ski Resort

We went snowshoeing here, and the volunteers were so kind and helpful. The trails are clearly marked. They told us they do cross country skiing lessons there, so we will be signing up for that soon!

My wife and I had a cross country ski lesson and it couldn't have been any better. The instructor, Keri was amazing. Helped us learn the basics and showed us how much fun the sport can be. The venue itself is amazing. We mountain bike here during the other seasons, but it was a whole new place during the winter. I am an avid alpine skier, but we will definitely be back again and again. Thanks for creating this amazing winter wonderland.

I went up for the first time last year. And my sister and I decided to buy season passes this year and I've had nothing but a great experience with the staff with the way The trails have been groomed. Overall, just a wonderful wonderful experience

This place is pretty amazing. There are trails all over for many uses (non motorized). I cant wait to come back in the winter with a fat bike and explore the trails all over again. I haven't camped here, but the fee is $20 and the campsites are extremely well kept. There are dumpsters and bathrooms all over around the campsites. You will see animals, I saw a moose and a deer in the morning.

Location is easy to get to from Ogden area; knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and friendly team; kind and encouraging (and patient!) ski instructors - a great place for all ages and expertise levels.

Fantastic location for cross country skiing, snowshoeing, or fatbiking. Better than Mt. Dell, round valley, or millcreek. Great group of volunteers that keep the place running. They just recently got a new snow cat too. Dog leases are required by county ordinance. (you'll get yelled if you don't have one)

Great place to snow shoe and cross country ski. Very nice people and beautiful view. I love how you can rent equipment and it's not too expensive. The worker in the gut is super nice.

Amazing place . The volunteers that work there were amazing people made us feel welcome. They have rental ski equipment with affordable price.

The staff are really friendly. Nice groomed trails. Lots of off-road options if that's what you are looking for. I take my snowshoes here often. I like to go a few times a year here. It's dog friendly, but they have seen wildlife.

Snowshoeing - Arrived for an early start to do the full loop, the parking lot was empty but easy to locate and get up on the trails.
The trails are groomed making for a very easy experience. This is a great place to take groups or a family for a healthy cold activity!

Had to be in the area anyway, so thought we'd check it out. You have to plan to go there as there is little signage to guide you, or even let you know the area exists. We were concerned driving up late in the season. Little snow cover. A nice surprise though, a few inches of good base. Spoke with a gentleman who is part of the grooming rotation. He advised us about the trails. For $6.00 it's a great deal. Nice trails and scenery. Well worth exploring.
