I have had many, many issues with my phones lately (my fault). Went to the store and Korin helped me every time. She was always polite, knowledgeable, and a joy to deal with. She really knows her stuff and taught me a lot! This girl deserves a raise for sure because every problem that I had, she was able to fix. There were a few times I was there and she was working with several people at the same time. She made sure everyone was taken care of all at once. I don't know how she did it but I've seen others who can't deal with 2 at a time. She sure is your rockstar!!! Don't ever let her go!!!!!

My experience as always was excellent. I usually never fill these things out but I must let you know that Amanda from The Wood River Illinois store spent a lot of time connecting my phone to my radio through Bluetooth. Prior to me seeing Amanda I went to a custom audio store and they couldn't do it. Amanda has helped me in the past and she's always helpful and friendly and courteous. At first we couldn't get it going but she took out her phone look up the manual to my radio and found the necessary information and got my Bluetooth connected and going. My fiancé and I love coming here. Whitney was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions easily. This was the most hassle-free phone experience either of us have had. If you ever have to call or go into a Cricket store, definitely choose this one in Wood River if you can! Cricket Wireless just gained two new happy customers.

Amanda was amazing she is by far the most curious one out of all the locations I've been to.. used dri ve glenn carbon and they're always rude everytime I call or go up there.. usually one woman in particular called glenn carbon she was rude and didnt wanna help me so called wood river and Amanda saved me time money and head ache by walking me through my issue that I was having... The young lady I wish I could remember her name not only helped me reset my password on my email after I was hacked but also cleaned garbage and apps off my laptop and phone she is a doll and I know she will do great things with her life service above self kind of young life.
