Excellent service. Called me back very quickly and arrived exactly when they said they would. Luckily, it was an easy fix (a bird got sucked into the inducer motor). He provided his professional opinion and an estimate on how to correct the situation from happening again along with some other things he had noticed regarding my water heater. It was a very painless, easy, experience. Highly recommend.

I called B&W today due to my heater malfunctioning. They sent Cory out and he replaced my thermostat, cleaned the heat sensor and did a couple of other adjustments. The workmanship and professionalism are second to none.

They do great service at a reasonable price.My thermostat went out on Christmas eve around 7:30 but it was 60 degrees then and on Christmas I called B & W thinking nobody would answer but somebody did answer.On Christmas day it got up around 60 again so I made an appointment for the 26th and Corey came out early at 8:00 AM and had a new thermostat installed very quick.When he got there he gave an estimate just for the installation but he also took the panels off my furnace and checked out my furnace and cleaned the flame sensor at no extra charge.A job well done by Corey and B & W Heating & Cooling.

B&W Heating and Cooling for the win! I contacted them at 10AM this hot morning because my AC unit stopped pushing cold air late last night. They arrived at my house within 30 minutes and went straight to work. Found the issue right away and replaced the part while on site. They also took some further steps to make sure I would not have any other issues and were out the door by 11:30 AM with a cool house. Thank you, Corey and Zach, for your fabulous services!!

This a great company. I purchased a new water heater, furnace and AC two years ago. They just serviced my AC today, and also gave me good advice on how to keep it running well. Corey is an excellent representative and technician for the company. I highly recommend them.

Kevin did an awesome job working on my A/C systems. They needed parts and he explained what was wrong and my options. My systems are close to replacement and he made suggestions on how to keep them working as long as possible. He was very professional, and I highly recommend B & W and Kevin specifically.

My AC unit just started freezing up on Friday, I shut it off and tried every troubleshooting method that my limited skills could do before making the call that every homeowner dreads…the Heating and Cooling company. I cannot tell you how wrong I was to worry about calling B and W Heating and cooling. My AC unit shot craps Friday night, I called the company Saturday morning at 8:30 and by 10:15 there was a technician at my door. Shawn, as he introduced himself at been coming to my home through the past 3 owners spanning more than a decade. After a very brief conversation about what I had tried Shawn knew exactly what was wrong my unit. Not only did he know exactly where the unit was located he also knew how to access it, and where the lights were! Despite not being able to replace the part needed he was able to temporarily fix our problem to bridge the time needed to get the part in and installed. He was friendly, courteous, and professional throughout my repair and whoever runs B and W is smart to retain this wonderful employee. 5-stars somehow isn’t enough, if heaven forbid you have a problem…call B and W and you will not regret it!!!

Our air conditioner stopped working and Kevin came out to save the day! Fast and friendly service at an affordable price. I highly recommend B&W.

They are not the closest heating and cooling repairmen near me but I don’t hesitate to call them because they always leave with my system fixed the first trip!! Very satisfied and thanks Corey!

During a storm our AC stopped blowing cold air IN JULY. I called Mark at 6pm on a Saturday night and he walked me through the steps of getting our cold air blowing again. He was also ready to come over ON A SATURDAY NIGHT to look at it. I called at least 5 other companies and most were not willing to come out until Monday. I’m so thankful! Thank you Mark! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
