CVS

Pharmacist was very professional and kind. He was charming to my 23 yr old disabled daughter who was infatuated with both him and the store’s music. We all felt very good about our visit. Thank you to this small town uptown pharmacy for their personal care.

Only writing this review to shoutout Ty and the other super helpful girl (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name) who helped me with my coupon troubles tonight. You guys were so helpful and sweet. And thank you Ty for the recommendations of sunscreen, you both were so sweet and you made my night :)

A friend and I stopped by this CVS to get some essentials for a project we were working on and Maelynn was super helpful and worked with us to find everything we needed with a great price! 10/10 service thank you for helping us out!!

I dislike having to talk to a robot

Incredibly rude employee, older woman with a bad perm. Unbelievable snotty attitude, refused to help me find an item. It’s so weird because the other CVS in town has the nicest, most helpful people working there. This location clearly needs new management.

the pharmacy is terrible. i call or go in person and they never have my medications correct or on time. even with automatic refills, they are never ready and no one has time to wait around forever like they make you

The pharmacy is never open when they say they are, typically because they have closed half an hour to an hour early than their posted hours. I literally have to triple check before I go and still they will not be open. I hate this pharmacy but it’s the closest one that my insurance will take.

You can call and ask a simple question and they will hang up the phone I asked multiple times for help and no one will help. They never have prescriptions ready for pickup.

Once again the pharmacy is closed during their posted open hours. Beyond frustrating.

Another CVS location told me my meds were not in stock but that they were in this CVS. When I called, the lady I spoke with was extremely rude and told me I have no idea what I’m talking about as I tried to explain what I had just heard from the other CVS. I asked if she would double check inventory and she said it would be a waste of time. I spoke to a supervisor and the supervisor didn’t seem to have issue with the way I was spoken to.
