Always enjoy my visits at Rocky Boots. They need to bring back more items for the ladies.But the store overall is great. And I always stop to eat the great BBQ. One of the best in the state. Yum

Great deals on apparel right now. And I had an amazing chef salad from their grill. And a bowl of delicious chili. The chef salad was so full of meat and veggies, I have enough leftover for lunch, and probably dinner tomorrow. 😋

Great customer service from the team at Rocky. I emailed about the sole crumbling on a pair of Rocky boots that are much loved. I sent the requested pictures and before the end of the day they said that a new pair would ship asap without cost to me. I just received them within a few days of my initial email and they look great. You can see why this company has been in business so long. Along with great customer service, this company stands behind it's products and increases customer loyalty as a result.

My dad loves to hunt and works outdoors. My family and I come from Columbus to get good deals at a great store with affordable prices and different variety of boots, plus the friendly staff are always ready to help.

The Sunday Brunch Buffet is worth every penny. It's small, so everything is fresh. Sausage gravy & biscuits were great. Bacon, sausage patties, potatoes, french toast, scrambled eggs, potato casserole, chunky apples & cinnamon rolls for $7 per person.
With the amazing clearance deals you could spend all morning there.

I ordered 2 hats from their online store. Selected the free shipping option which said it would be 5-10 business days. It showed up the next day! Granted, I only live about 3 hours away, but they expedited the process faster than anything I've ever ordered from online elsewhere. Great job Rocky! Will be ordering more soon!

Just got off the phone with "Chuck" regarding a boot issue on a purchase thu Gander's Outdoors. Long story short is I bought the boots( rubber hunting boots) in late March 2018 and by July the one was leaking getting my foot wet. Gander's manager told me (through a salesgirl) to "Blow"...the warranty is only 90 days and I exceeded it. ( He didn't really say blow but the attitude was there and I was told to go away.)Rocky says the warranty is a full year. Hmmmm...Gander lied. Chuck is handling things and sending me a new pair of boots, which I like very much by the way. This is how business is supposed to be done. Thank you Rocky's and Chuck. Much appreciated...Gander's can blow...yep...I said it....

New barbeque style items pretty good on Star Brick Grill menu. Tasty sides. Disappointed the old Boot Grill ice cream is no longer available.

Had to get new shoes quickly. So I took a field trip and got them, then I had lunch in their little restaurant, the bison burger was delicious came fast as well!!

I have a arthritic toe and finding shoes and boots that work for men is difficult. They had several that worked and one that fit my need. In addition the discount for firefighters was unexpected bonus.

Great products and great deals at the outlet. I replaced my 12 year old rocky boots with a new pair and I'll hand those down to my son!
