Harbor Freight Tools

They always have what I want. The cashier was amazing. That manager was super helpful when our coupon was acting weird. Always a fun shopping trip. The store is tidy and stocked.

Be very careful if and when you go to this store! There is something going on here, I haven't been able to figure it out, but when I do, I'm going to make sure everybody knows.

The workers here are curtious and helpful. They greet you and say things like, "Good morning! "Hi!", "How are you?", and "Can I Help You Find Anything?"
Some will ask, "Are you finding everything all right?" and if not, they appear to be happy to show you. There were two that even asked, "Do you have any questions?" That, "If you come up with any, be sure and ask." What?
Then there is the merchandise! It's a trap of some kind! As I went to get what I came for, I saw some other things I needed.
Then, after I got what I came for and the other things I needed, I found some things that I didn't know I needed, but I did!
They were perfect solutions to other issues I have, but I didn't know there was a solution to fix it.
The weirdest thing of all? After getting what I came for, the other things I needed, and the solutions to the issues I had that I didn't know there were solutions too; I didn't spend much over what the original item I wanted cost.
How, you ask? The savings! Not only is everything a good deal to begin with, but almost everything is on sale!
Now, the drawback was that I only planned on being there 10 to 15 minutes, but I was there an hour and 20 minutes. I thought the Love of My Life would be angry with me.
But she wasn't! You see, the solutions to the issues I had that I didn't know had solutions? Well, a couple of those issues were actually issues with things that affected her, and now they were solved! I ended up being more of a hero than late!

I had previously gone to different harbor freight location and was about to give up on harbor freight (rude and not helpful, then I saw the review for this store and thought I'd give a try. To my surprise I was greeted by fried friendly faces, which I mentioned to staff.
Also very helpful in making sure I was getting everything I needed.
One young man I believe his name was Tony saw I was looking, and offered to help me even though he was already off work.

Underestimated how low their prices are & stuff that really is useful!

Friendly and helpful people and if you're a club member you get better discounts and no problem with returns because it automatically goes in their database and they offer extended warranties

They pissed me off a few times but they usually do pretty good at this location. Westminster store is 4 stars because I swear half the time I went there they were out of stock with what I went for.

I could get lost in here for hours, leave with a cart full of fantastic treasures, and only spend about 15 bucks. It’s incredible.

It is very cheap and there is a very useful tool that you will not find in a well-known hardware store. I am satisfied with the quality of the tool

I have been to this store 3x a week for 5 years for work. I see this store struggling with being under staffed regularly but there is a worker here named Chris who gives literally the best service in town and it makes up for alot.
Today i watched the guy carry a heavy jack set to an elderly couples car when it was busy because they could have hurt themself lifting it . This guy gives individual care every time your in there and you don't feel like your burdening him. Incredible attitude. Exceptional customer care. Management material for sure. Chris at harbor freight we see you putting in 110% and I hope your superiors see it too because you earned it!

Enjoy shopping here, not as overwhelming for this less than handy man as the big box tool stores. Nice to have a cheaper option if it's something i am not going to use frequently, and seems like their return policy is very fair. Customer service has always been friendly as well, seems like a good team at this location. I will return!

A tool is only as good as its mechanic. Harbor Freight is great.

Great hardware store with amazing pricing. They are always running awesome deals and sales here. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and can help with pretty much any questions you might have. I've been super impressed with the Icon and Doyle lines of tools recently, I've added quite a few new items and equipment to the tool bags and garage coming here👍🏼

I don't shop here that often but I have seen a lot of great products in there. Even though it's not very expensive I sometimes have to wait a bit to buy what I need. Tools may not be brand names tools but they get the job done.

This place is a hidden gem among overprice Home depots!
The only thing that made my shopping experience a little bitter was this cocky black employee, who was unfriendly and discourteous when I stopped him walking by to ask a question. This was not someone you would want representing the customer service of your store.
