About out customer care rep, Kim: Aware. Mature. Personable. Addressed all our questions and needs. No pressure. Took us through the entire process to order from our online account. Reviewed our order with us. Assured us we could visit the store to connect new phone. Kim is Awesome and Best in class at ATT.

Today i went in to the ATT store at Sawgrass. Jorge helped me with my phone problem and I can not say enough how I appreciate him and his help in fixing my problem. He is a super star in my book. ATT don't let anything happen to him. He is invaluable. 😊 I am so thankful.

I have had an issue with pop-ups, which happen all the time. I have been to 5 AT&T stores to try to fix it, and one store even sent me to Best Buy, and they could not solve the problem. Jorge Almeida was fabulous and super patient and painstakingly fixed the problem. I would rate Jorge a 10 on attitude, service, and professionalism. You have a totally satisfied customer, and I will tell others to come to your corporate store in Sunrise for stellar service.

We made an appointment to see a rep at 5:30P regarding our phones. We arrived a bit early but the rep saw us within 5 mins of our arrival and by our 5:30p time. She answered all the questions my husband asked. She was professional both in her demeanor and attire. Thank you, Sandra!

Service was excellent. Greeted upon entering and immediately sat down with Sandra, who was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Went in to place 2 order upgrades and she was quick and concise. She listened to any and all concerns I may have had and responded to each accordingly with clear responses. Offered but did not push other products she felt we might be interested in, but once I let her know I wasn’t interested she ceased, which I very much appreciated. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

My nine-year-old son and I just left the store 02 get him a new phone for his birthday, we had an old phone with many complications and I have been to two other locations and on the phone with customer service numerous times and never received any help until I came to this location. The salesman Mike was not only efficient but he was very friendly, and had us in and out super quick because he saw that my two-year-old was anxious to get out of there. The manager Teran Was an absolute doll. I literally work across the street from the other AT&T and plantation but after the wonderful service I received today I would rather pass that one and drive a little further away to get the service I received today. Thanks again for making a little boy very happy.

Visited the store for several inquires regarding two separate accounts (one was far an accessory change & the other for features). The service provided was exceptional! I'm so happy I made the change from T-Mobile to AT&T. Their cell service is the best but so is the retail service provided at this store by Rafael.

Very helpful, informative, no wait time when u went, although the phone we wanted was not in stock, they organized a delivery and option to have a rep assist with anything at our home. They even switched my old plan to a more economic plan. Thank you.

A young man by the name of Jorge greeted us immediately upon entering the store. He sat us down and listened to our problem of which he resolved. He was very informative with information about future transferring of our internet & cable along with brochures explaining everything. What really stood out was I was having a problem with my phone charging and he could of easily tried and sell us a new phone but instead he first looked for resolutions to fix the problem. He then shared I had 4 payments left on my phone and in September the new iPhones will be coming out. I'm definitely coming back in September to purchase the new iPhone and want to deal with Jorge. He was knowledgeable, informative and patient with us. You need more associates like Jorge

Phenomenal service. I had a representative by the name of Son that helped us out. He was able to thoroughly explain what our plan consisted of and what we could expect moving forward. He was also able to helps us save some money by ensuring that our application was completely finalized with any and all saving factors that could be included. Son was a great rep and a huge asset to that location and the company as a whole.

The representative Aaron has been, by far, the BEST representative whom I have ever met. He is a very patient and professional gentleman with an upbeat and positive attitude. He is also very knowledgable and helpful. He is not pushy; he is really nice to be dealing with. I really like my new phone!
