They really worked with us on shipping, helped us to find a local FedEx warehouse to have it sent to, which in turn, reduced the expense. Customer service has been great, I would definitely buy from these people again!! 5 star all the way!

I recently had to interact with Ben himself whilst trying to fix a fridge made by the company. Firstly, the quality of the product is excellent considering i understand that it has run faithfully for nearly two decades requiring only periodic repair, which was easily performed at home. Secondly, the repair which I performed was made much easier by the insightful assistance provided by Ben during several phone calls about the issue. He was very knowledgeable about the issue and was able to direct me step by step to rectify the problem, and I cannot overstate how friendly his service was and the excellent availability he has to assist customers. Hands down the best interaction I have had with a company as far as making a customer feel valued goes.

I am very grateful to Ben for the troubleshooting assistance he provided me, regarding my propane refrigerator issue. It started out with the bottom part not being cold, yet eventually nothing was cold.  Ben patiently provided troubleshooting assistance, along with solutions, as we went through a step by step process. After several steps, following his guidance, the refrigerator is now working great!  It’s been keeping everything cold for about two weeks now. It's like new!

TOTALLY FuN experience... Great people... Great product selection.... Check out their shop on line to check on available inventory.... We drove 5 hours to pick up our propane refriigerator and stove and it was again TOTALLY worth it.... I will buy from Ben's again when I get my propane freezer.
