They are miles ahead of auto zone... a battery cost me an arm and a leg but they were so much more helpful when I needed a part I went to auto zone they just said nope... have to go to the dealership.. went to O'Reilly they had my part there within the hour I've not gone back to auto zone since

Great staff. Always willing to help. I usually frequent Autozone. But I do enjoy buying things like AC Delco Name brand Jack's and stands. They usually have rare things in stock, such as the brand oil I use. I use Motorcraft 10w 30 Diesel motor oil. I have always had to drive out of town to Wal-Mart to get something like this. But when I stopped in here, they ended up having it right on the shelf. The staff will go completely out of their way to find whatever part your looking for. They always seem just eager to help a customer, and always ready to talk shop on whatever Vehicle your under the hood working on. They gave me sound advice. And I'm glad they opened this store. I give 5 stars 🌟 based on multiple occasions of coming to this store specifically.

They 2 younger guys in their we're very helpful. Got my emergency brake like to go off. And bought 2 cans of oil for my truck.

When I need special parts I go to O'Reilly's because their team has way more knowledge about the special critical OEM parts and installations for most makes and models.

These guys are great. They even helped put my windshield wipers on my semi.

Friendly people but prices are higher than Auto Zone. But if you need a part fast they usually have it in stock unlike Auto Zone
