The employees are so friendly and nice. They are willing to help anyway they can. Prices are a little higher than the big box stores, but that is how must little town stores are.

They have always been friendly, open, and accommodating. If they don’t know something that freely, admit it, and check with someone else to see what the answer is. They will not BS you, they care, and you can really tell the effort they put in. I’d rather go here than to a major chain store like Menards or Home Depot.

Got a house key made in seconds staff was friendly knowledgeable and greeted me with directions the second I walked through the door

They are a small town hardware store so they may not have the most selection, they may not have the best prices, but they have great people and will bend over backwards to help you out and figure out how to get task done. Thank you for being there. They also have black cherry faygo pop that is great!

My experience was ideal. Staff was responsive and competent in providing answers when questions asked. Prices were fair considering how far of a drive saving a few dollars would cost. Hand sanitizer provided

Absolutely fantastic staff!! I came in from Anderson and had a major issue with my trailer. The counter personnel and even all the way in the back of the store they were friendly and went out of there way to help me. It's to bad that most places are more concerned about making a buck instead of making a happy and content customer. Any time I'm in Elwood I will only shop Tops

Great store, little high but if you drove to the bigger store by the time you paid for gas and then their price, you'd spend the same or more

They always seem to have what I need. If I can not find where something is, there is some one friendly to ask. Most of the time they will ask you if you need help before you even ask. Great home town place to get any hardware item you need.

Good people doing good work for their community. Clean and well organized always. Pet friendly. Easy going.

Found what I needed after asking a lady where they were located, nice friendly people, not close to where I live, but go by often, will definitely stop back In.

Went there to get a 2 X 4 8 ft long. None were very good so the man gave us a 10 ft. and said the difference is on him. Great hardware store
