Rite Aid

I arrived 4 minutes before closing time needing only one item (which I always hate to do but in this case I was in a crisis lol) I went straight to the register and noticed the two ladies behind the counter about to start checking out another customer with a cart full of items. I asked them if they wouldn’t mind waiting for me to grab this item as I greatly needed it and they were the only store still open that had it available. Both the two employees and the customer were very understanding and allowed me to purchase my item first and had me out the door in less than a minute. This is my neighborhood Rite Aid and my favorite one by far. I wish I could have grabbed the names of these awesome ladies but I thank them so much again for their help, they saved the day!!

A store struggling due to short staffing, still it is clean, the staff remains positive, kind, and helpful beyond words. For the “entitled” folks I have heard bad mouthing the wait, or experience while waiting at the pharmacy, I’d certainly like to see you do their job efficiently, while keeping patients well being and safety as a priority. I’ll continue to frequent this location and offer kudos to the staff for all your hard work, taking care of patients with professional and kind care. You don’t deserve the bashing some people give, hence my “entitled” description. It takes time to properly and safely process your meds, appreciate them and the time and effort they put into your care!!

Overall, I have found this store to be above average in terms of both general merchandise sales and pharmacy. Pharmaceutical personnel in particular have often gone out of their way to provide support, as well as reliable services.

It's like a CVS and a Walgreens...pharmacy and general store.

I've always found the staff to be nice and knowledgeable. Betsy is my go to for vaccinations because they are close to painless.

Courteous and Professional service well above any other branch store or other like competitive stores.

I should work at this Rite Aid store, I'm here enough. From everyday needs to medications, its almost a one stop store. The pharmacists are FANTASTIC and staff just as helpful.
