I love this fry’s. I don’t understand the low reviews. The employees are never rude and I always find what I go for. Also Alex with the red vest on is really helpful and a good leader. Thank you Alex!!!

I like this Fry's Food & Drug. It is just the right amount enough Hood , and just the right amount of bougie. You will definitely feel a sort of comfort as you walk in because they usually have Glendale Police Department and also a security guard Manning the front door. One way or the other I'm always safe, Yet... I appreciate the extra effort and the store is nice and clean. anything that you would expect from a Fry's they can deliver it.

Its a great place to shop and pay your bills... the people there are very friendly and make you feel comfortable..

Great checkout service. Cashier was quick to move a busy line. She was courteous to me as well as the other 4 customers she helped before me. (I wish I had not misplaced my receipt so she can know her service was the result of my 5star review)

Also have to give credit to the security who was nice about opening the restroom door. He had a great attitude when I made a joke about him just staying there and forget about the store entrance, because it seemed like every female walking in the store right after me, was only there to use the restroom. FIRST GREAT IMPRESSION AND EXPERIENCE SHOPPING FOR THE FIRST TIME AT FRY'S. (I'm new to AZ. So I will definitely keep shopping at your stores.)

Kyle at this location was very helpful and had great customer service. When he noticed that I was waiting on someone to fill up my balloons he took the initiative to help me out when the other employees were busy.

Store manager Ronnie is the BEST! He always has a customer first attitude. Great personality, very enthusiastic just all around great dude! It is a pleasure seeing him when I come for groceries. He deserves a lot more Recognition for his services.

We moved into the area about 3 months ago. For each month we have purchased expired or damaged food by accident. They have been good on changing the items but they do not check there inventory often. I asked to speak with the manager and they stated to call the store the next day because he was busy. Very bad customer service and poor experience. I will not be shopping at this store anymore and if you choose to please check the expiration dates before purchasing the item.

Update: We have had 2 exceptional encounters with fry's leadership and store associates. I will continue to check expiration dates before purchase but the staff are amazing.

Went there 2xs today.all employees i came across were very nice n polite.1 guy i think works in produce.With birth mark on his face open the bathroom door for me.with out me asking.both cashiers i had were awesome.and both people the people that bagged my groceries.were awesome

Ronnie was very kind. I believe he works in the grocery dept. He was checking over dairy inventory. Great personality.

It's always something new on sale I love it

Pharmacy staff is amazing. They do everything they can to get your RX filled as fast as they can, correctly and if Dr. made a mistake or if there's an insurance problem, they get right on it and do whatever they can on their end to make sure you're not inconvenienced. They all know their stuff and answer every question to the best of their ability and if they don't know, they will find out. Plus, they treat you like family.

I've been shopping at different neighborhood Fry's stores since I moved to the valley 37 years ago. I adore my Fry's at 67th and Bethany. It may not be super new or huge, but it's a clean store with very helpful staff. Yes, there are homeless out and about, but not many. We aren't the best part of town, and Fry's management does a fine job keeping the store nice for their customers.

Good store, but I took my little dog there and the store manager was very rude with me instead of just telling of the company policy that only service dogs are allowed in a kind hearted voice no he was mean and rude

Thanks to the very helpful and friendly staff here in particular Viola in self checkout, Jef on of the managers, and the best produce guy ever Robert, very knowledgeable in everything from receipes to foods that can cure, also really appreciate the great pharmacy staff Brands and QT! I enjoy shopping at this Frys so much! It definitely has the family store appeal and feel to it!!

Assistant front manager Kirk is awesome really helped me out today. Needed electric couldn't spare a dollar at coinstar let me turn in my change for paper money. Thank you so much Kirk good customer service right there man deserves a raise. Frys here is busy but they work hard.
