I love the service and care these employer show. Much better then the service across the street right next to Jack in The Box. I recommend that all customers come to this cricket store instead seeing how the people here actually know what they're talking about and won't say all the un technical "facts" as the other individuals across the street. Don't tolerate bad customer service and cruddy service support until the staff is completely replaced with more considerate representatives.

Juan is a very Excellent Employee! Juan explains everything you want to know in detail, he's very polite and knows a lot about the devices he's telling you about! Every now and then they have promotions which I like so much. I highly recommend Cricket on Monte Cristo in Edinburg Tx!
