Ice cream shop la michoacana

This place is amazing, so many choices it was hard, but I bet they are all as good as what I ordered, waffle bowl with Mexican cake and pecan ice cream. I'm planning on going back for more of home made delicious ice cream. I think next time I will get one of those smoothies or a chocolate banana. I seen door dash delivery signs but if you order delivery you will miss out on the great upbeat Spanish music.

I had the mango sherbert with tajin and chamoy with horchota at this amazing place Ice Cream Shop La Michoacana in Claremore. Ice cream and drinks were fresh and delicious!! I highly suggest getting your ice cream from here.

Absolutely fantastic. The chocolate ice cream was more like a really good, light fudge. The lime sherbet was fresh and didn't taste artificial. Also had a mango con chili homemade popsicle, which tasted like mango with a sweet Thai chili sauce. Everything was great, and the service was A+.

Some of the best ice cream I have ever had! Try the Gansito! Great variety. Super clean. Easy 5 star review!

Came from out of town and stumbled onto this new gem that recently opened.

It’s a Mexican dessert store, primarily featuring popsicles and ice cream but also serving Mexican fruit cups, fruit on a stick, mangonadas, and ect.

Drinks they have include frappuccinos, smoothies, milkshakes, and agua fresca.

They definitely use fresh fruits in their items. Tried their strawberry agua fresca and mango smoothie and it was delicious!

I have been to Mexico plenty of times, they have tons of these shops down there. And let me just say, everything here I got to try tastes traditional. Everything was spot on. Definitely will be returning!

Super friendly staff that was patient and helpful with my questions. Tons of delicious options to choose from dessert wise, the homemade ice-cream was so creamy. They had some savory options as well as healthy choices too! I will be going back often for sure!

La Michoacana is a cute little shop run by a very kind family. Something to be aware of is that it may take a little longer (only a few minutes) to get served because not everyone speaks English. I promise it's worth the wait! They have ice cream, tons of toppings, food, chips, all kinds of treats! I got the mango sherbet with chamoy and tajin toppings and it was absolutely unbelievable. I'm talking crave it every day unbelievable! I highly recommend the sherbet! They also have pre-made popsicles with toppings mixed in and then frozen. The prices are not bad at all considering they make everything themselves. For 2 people it was only 8 dollars and some change. My husband and I both loved what we chose and said we would definitely be back often. Actually, after writing this review I think I need to go grab a sherbet! Seriously, do not pass up this shop!!!

First time in, I had the pina colada ice cream on a waffle cone, my husband had the mango smoothie with the mango popsicle with tajin, both were outstanding! Probably the best ice cream I have had. Definitely recommend!

this place is hands down the BEST. Claremore is so lucky to have this place and the workers are the sweetest. so many options i find a new favorite each time I come. i’d give this place 10 stars if i could. please stay forever!!!!

You have to try this place!!! The ice cream popsicles are my favorite and there are so many different flavors. I wish I lived closer to claremore because I would be here every week! The employees were very helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great experience!

Took the family there. It's a nice clean parlor. I assume the owner served us as this seems to be a family business. The ice cream is formulated with traditional Michoacán recipes. I had the pecan because I really wanted black walnut. The pecan was close to black walnut so I was happy. Everyone enjoyed their selections and thought it was a fun experience.
If you get a chance try them.

Amazing flavors with natural ingredients and a very clean and inviting atmosphere. The BEST ice cream around by far. Also, try the Horchata! It's outta this world!

I've had ice cream all over Italy and Germany and have never tasted better! Had the cookie monster and it was superb!!

We stumbled onto this little gem via a local Facebook group page and are so glad that we did. We took our almost 3-year-old today for a little afternoon treat (this heat is ridiculous!) & it was a WIN for all of us. Not only was the service top notch, but the ice cream was SO delicious! I also took a limeade for the road, which was super tasty. 👌 10/10 recommend this shop. We'll be back!

Such a cute little ice cream shop! Some of the BEST ice cream I've ever had. I got the oreo flavor and I 10/10 reccomend! If you haven't been here yet, you definitely need too!

Awesome! Place their iced coffee and horchata is amazing. the ice cream is out of this world. The banana split is the best in the world! So delicious! Would love to try more things in the future!
