Dillard's

So very nice to be able to shop in a true department store. Great selection of apparel and very nice quality. The customer service was perfect, not too much and they definitely did not ignore me. My personal shopper helped me find just the right size and style. I was sooooo happy!! Thank you Kathy!

Great store - it has stylish name brand clothing of good quality and helpful employees. I always shop here when visiting my daughter. It also has high end costume jewelry and accessories as a huge selection of shoes. Although, only one entrance/exit which is concerning.

Not rating the store only the young black male that helped me in the men’s department. I am 69 years old and I cannot think of a time when I got better customer service.

Nicest department store around here. My favorite place to buy the hubby his cologne.

This was my first time in Dillard's, was very impressed with the store. Very clean organized very nice employees and great customer service.
Unlike Sears JCPenney's Montgomery wards and other stores of the like, Dillard seems to have never lost its shine.

Bought a pair of business casual johnston and Murphys and my son some Sperrys. Ladies were very helpful and friendly.

Kudos to Jose (on the mens side of Dillards) who helped me pick out a Christmas present for my son (a puffer jacket) He was very helpful and kind. Also, let me sample some different types of cologne. I was thinking of getting my son just couldn’t really afford them but maybe I’ll come back another day. He put a smile on my face just from his great customer service. This place makes shoe shopping Soo easy. Kiddo goes to private school and needed dressy all black closed toed shoes. They were so helpful in sizing her and finding the perfect shoe. Again a few weeks ago she wanted her first pair of high heels for pictures and a dance coming up....they did well pairing my request for something fun but still on the modest side. Everyone there is awesome. Thank you.

Awesome store. A bit pricey but, you get what you pay for. The quality is excellent and you can get great deals on sale items. I especially like their shoe dept, handbags and the makeup dept.

Went in to find slacks and dress shirt for my daughter. Mrs Georgina went above and beyond to help. She took the lead and found us pants and white button ups to choose from! She was without a doubt Heaven Sent 😇

My wife needed a new bra and has been unhappy with what she has. The salesperson took her back, measured her, brought back a handful of bras to try. Actually help her with adjustments and she walked out a happy camper. Very satisfied with the purchase. Going back next week!

Always have loved this store from a child walking through it to get to the inside of the mall to a grown woman shopping with my own family here. Bought some cologne and the sales associate was very knowledgeable about the sprays. I got exactly what I wanted. No complaints!

Extremely helpful right at the nick of closing the store Ms.Racheal helped me find my mother a beautiful dress for a funeral i would like to thank her for her kindness and concern even though it was time for her to close her register she still assist me. Dillards has great prices and good quality in there merchandise. Awesome customer service. ❣❣

I had a sports banquet to go to with my friends I bought a beautiful dress from the junior section. I bought gorgeous jewelery and a new bra 😁 the Puerto Rican lady in the bra section was so kind and nice she helped me with whatever I needed. I look amazing the night of the banquet and it's all thanks to dillards 😁🤩💙so many compliments on my looks!
