Because, every employee seems to be able to, address any and All questions and services needed.
They do this w/o hesitation, or question. Also while doing what ever I might need, they hustle.
While being there, you are treated like you are all friends!

My friend and I went in to grab some cones and smelly sticks. Sam was so cute and helpful! Made me feel great about being 45! Such a great employee and cute young man!

Every time I go in, I'm always greeted by friendly staff. Elizabeth is part of this too! She's knowledgeable and helpful! They make buying products I want super easy and fast!

Everytime I have been in this store, I have been greeted by friendly and knowledgeable employees. They always make me feel welcome and do their best to answer any questions that I have and get me what I need quickly. Great job! I particularly enjoyed my last interaction with Elizabeth. She was friendly, courteous, and made some great suggestions.

The associate that helped me was very helpful. They reminded me about the discount when purchasing four bottles of vape liquid. They also dug through the jar of caps for a correct size cap replacement.

Great store. Bright, clean, and spacious. Jon was super helpful. They aren't just cashiers who exist to take your money- they know their products and can help you find what will work best for you, troubleshoot any issues, and educate you on how to use your device.

Great store! Prices are the best I've found in town and they offer a huge variety of products. Travis the manager has been nothing but extremely helpful and friendly, as is each staff member I've had the pleasure of encountering. I would highly recommend checking them out!

I came into the shop to buy a vape and started talking with Nadine about Kratom. She was super knowledgeable about it and explained everything thoroughly. She was even able to provide examples of people that have used it with success. After talking about what I wanted out of it, she pointed me to the White Vein Kratom. I’ve been using it for about a week and a half and love it. Thank you Nadine !!!!

Devin is always so helpful with his knowledge of the items the store sells. He and his employees are always friendly and upbeat when I come in. The store is always well organized and clean.

I use the laconia location very frequently, and if I have a question about a new product or a comparison to something I already own, Travis is my guy. He’s extremely informative and always available to help. Would 10/10 recommend this location, if they don’t have what you need, they’ll order it for you!
