I upgraded from a Samsung A13 (An Android) to a IPhone 11 (used), I’m no spring chicken so the transition to an IPhone was rather difficult, but Steve was very helpful and patient with me.. The man deserves a raise.

These guys are awesome! They will always look out for you. I will travel out of my way to come to this location. Highly recommend. 10/10

This store is absolutely 11/10 with their customer service. I rarely write reviews but after how wonderfully i was treated i will never go to any other store besides here. Rodi is my favorite sales rep but any of the other guys are great as well. They have the best deals and quality products, this store definitely has my recommendation.

Jon was great. He made sure that my boyfriend and I were both educated about the phones we were getting. Jon was also happy answering questions and eager to offer helpful tips and tricks. Honestly friendly service. Much appreciated!

Had a battery replaced in January and then screen replacement in April. Travis was there both times. Was extremely helpful and so professional. The cost was reasonable with a guarantee!

I drive out of my way to get to this metro store. Very very friendly and helpful. They had a extreme amount of patience with my wife who had alot of questions (more than I've ever had with her lol)! If i can help it I'll never go to any other metro store except this one.

First off, i have been coming to john for over 5 years now. Any issues or concerns i have had, he has taken the time to listen and assist me on my service. I don't like Metro PCS store in Roseville Michigan I have my reasons they suck cuz when I used to go there Jonathan from MetroPCS store he's a con artist I just don't like him when I used to pay my phone bill over there and Roseville and Metro PCS stores he wouldn't like force me to buy something like headphones or a battery charger he is just another.CON artist? Jonathan from Metro PCS store called my phone about 2 months ago and he was complaining ABOUT MY POST WANTED ME TO TAKE IT DOWN. WELL GUESS WHAT Jonathan this post is staying up.NOW THAT HE CALLED MY PHONE AND STARTED CRYING ON THE PHONE HE DIDN'T FOOL.ME 1 BIT!!!!
