The Home Depot

I love this place. I am a handicapped senior citizen but they always have a large number of motorized carts available no matter how busy they are. The employees are top shelf, except for Wayne in paint. But I give this store 100 out of ten.
I do a lot of gardening in the spring and summer and they delivered everything I need for free or at very reasonable prices. Dirt, wheelbarrows, gravel, mulch, fencing, etc.
I really love their employees, they go out of their way to make sure all of your needs are met and they do it with a great attitude, as if their getting paid to do it.

Just left the Home Depot in Roseville Michigan. By far the best location I’ve ever been too. All of the representatives are really friendly and greet you with customs and courtesies. Chris and Larry took the Initiative to take time out of their day to assist me. I almost bought the wrong PVC pipe and Chris instructed me to get the correct one. Larry showed me which recess lights to get for my bathroom renovation. Probably the fastest Home Depot run I’ve ever made. Great customer service, keep up the good work you guys!

Best home improvement and more store in the area. Customer service is unmatched and as a person who starts unrealistic home improvement projects hoping for the best, I always seem to get stuck and the staff at Roseville Home Depot have come to my rescue multiple times now. Big thank you especially to Jacob in the plumbing department. The knowledge and support Jacob provided me with today was unmatched. I am so thankful for all the advise and help which not only helped me with my project but also saved me time and money. Thank you again!

I shopped here on an emergency basis, one sunny Sunday afternoon, after my daughter called me up, after her hot water heater tank failed. Not only did they have an appropriately sized tank but, they also had all of the necessary pipes and fittings necessary to cover the several plumbing scenarios that I imagined might occur. Everything I needed was available at a reasonable price, and I was able to save even more, by opening a Home Depot credit card account.

I went there on Thursday afternoon, went to lighting department and man was very helpful and kind, found exactly what I needed very fast and courteous. Then had to get paint, got to paint dept. And lady was soooo helpful!!! I'm telling you I spent a total of 15 minutes in the store and got everything I needed plus more. I haven't had such good customer service like this in years!!! I'm very impressed with home Depot. Keep up the good work I will definitely spend my money in there

While shopping in the flooring department my mother and I were greeted by Stephanie and Nicollet asking us if we needed help. They both were friendly, professional and kind enough to find us an associate that worked in the department that could offer us the assistance and time we needed to find a selection of tile that would complement our style. Tia was the perfect person for the job! She was patient, knowledgeable and really has an eye for design. Tia was able to find us the perfect tile that complemented our style while keeping us within our budget. She really understands the customer and made a difficult decision fun and stress free. After Tia’s help, we decided to shop for additional accessories that complemented our tile even more! While shopping, we were greeted by Stephanie again, she assisted us ask Jacob to take an item to checkout and load it into the car. Jacob was friendly, kind and professional as well! Thank you Home Depot for an awesome shopping experience and making us feel important and valued as customers. We will be back!⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 👍

Allison at the service desk is an all star employee worthy of every ounce of praise and gratitude I can muster and more. She helped me traverse the myriad of obstacles we had to jump through to fix issues with discrepancies in the pricing online and in store. She stuck in my corner and tried every conceivable method she could to set things right. She accomplished the task with outstanding patience and kindness when she could have brushed me off and told me there was no way.

I thank Allison and all the other employees at the desk who helped me through this difficult process.

Lynn at customer service was a pleasure to do buisness with and in helping me return my ordered shower that came to my home half open and ALL pieces cracked.VERY frustrating. LYNN was very patienate and understanding. I'll be back!

You can usually get help and find what you need for your projects for your house in this one. I find it to be faster than the one on Hall Road. It's nice having a crafting store nearby as well.

My husband & I went into this store 3 times this week for plumbing supplies & clamps. Have to say the customer service was outstanding. The employees were pleasant, knowledgeable & extremely helpful. How refreshing!

Most of my reviews are not positive, so here it is! Went into this place 30-40 minutes before closing. Needed wood cut. Chris was amazing and helped me out tremendously! Then on top of that couldn’t fit all the wood into my truck. A wonderful blessing of a man helped me organize the wood into my truck. Thanks a million! And you can imagine the Home Depot doors are locked by now. A guy told me since I can’t fit the last piece into my truck I should leave it and pick it up the next day. I was concerned because they were already closed. But guess what?! He works there and they let me leave it overnight. Thanks Home Depot for making my experience great. You have a great bunch of people working there.

This review is for Yvonne.
We purchased materials for a patio earlier this week,
then needed to purchase more sand, 12 more 50 lb. bags !
Being seniors with limited physical capabilities I asked the cashier if someone could load our cart and also load it into our car. She was happy to get the help for us. We waited by the sand bin and expected a muscular loading person, and up walked Yvonne. She was fantastic, we couldn't believe she wasn't given anyone else to help load up 600 lbs. of bagged sand ONLY to end up having to load it into our car where the cashier also a nice lady (didn't get her name, but kudos to her too) assisted in helping her. Yvonne was GREAT, she sure impressed us. It's REALLY ashame she wasn't provided help. Yvonne you and your coworker should be proud but management should be a little embarrassed !

I would like to praise Yvonne for her amazing costumer service skills. She exceeded our expectations and was able to solve our problem quickly and efficiently. Thank you!!

This store always has the largest selection of any in the area. The staff here are always helpful and friendly. I worked retail for a long time and I always expect the unexpected hiccup but, I haven't had that happen here. I've shopped here for years and will continue to shop here for many more years to come!

I walked in and way look at my phone to see what I needed and what isles to go down, and Terry one of the workers comes up to me asking if I needed help finding anything. And let me tell ya, whatever they are paying Terry, it isn't enough!! He walked around with me and found everything I needed which would have taken 45 minutes and only took 5 minutes. Terry is THE man!
