My first going here was last Saturday and this young man Marco assisted me with finding shoes for my niece he was nice and patient and very helpful! He’s the ONLY one that asked me if I needed help in the shoe department while everybody else kept talking to each other and occasionally looking at me THANKS Again Marco! 🩵

Great salesperson spent time with me as a customer and very knowledgeable. A great location and very large with a variety of products to choose from at the Macomb Mall.

I was shopping purchasing a few items. I was in a rush. The cashier named Jordan started ringing up my items. The next thing you know the cash register went down. She stated her cash register wasn't working properly. She called a manager up front to help her. Even though I was in a rush, I started to get frustrated but Jordan was very professional, pleasant, kind, and friendly. She did apologize for my inconvenience. Because of her awesome customer service, I left one happy customer.

It's a young man named Darrius that works in the shoe department he was so helpful when I was trying to find a pair of basketball shoes for my son he was very professional, polite and a great asset not just for your store but the company i wish I could give him more than five stars

Two of my grandkids and I were looking for backpacks for them. There was a nice selection. Many sizes, price range from low priced to expensive and everywhere in between. We found two NIKE backpacks at a very good price. We're happy.

I had a great experience at this Dick's Sporting goods. Very clean and organized. but my most best experience at this site is a young lady by the name of SAVONA. she walked me through on signing up for my score card! very polite and with good customer service. I normally do not leave postings,but I hope management would acknowledge good employees like her. I will be telling my family and friends to come over and shop.

I went in to purchase a set of 20lb weights. Terrance cashed me out and allowed me to pull up to the front and he came out and placed the weights into my trunk. So sweet of him, made my customer experience very good

Great variety and very reliable as far finding items you are seeking. Prices can be on the high side, but it's convenient to expect to find what you seek. Sale prices usually offer a significant savings. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
