I have to say the employees are wonderful. I had a bad day and purchased some things the the employee didn't charge me when I told him my husband passed away he was so kind even when I wasn't. I went to my car and cried because he was so kind to me when I wasn't.

Super friendly neighborhood home and hardware store reasonably price items close to home...no need to travel to big chain stores they offer several services to include electrical window and screen repair replacement parts etc.thanks to steve and all his team players at the store....great help you make your customers feel like family....oh steve letvme know when you want to go fishing

Been around when I came here from Chicago in 1995. Not even Walmart was gonna closer them down. I go here first before I go to big box stores. Employees are always eager to help with any questions! Better prices than anywhere elsewhere.

They are the only hardware store in that area and they have everything you need with good prices.

A nice place for a change of pace.😊 So much better than the "big box" corporate controlled cold sales of Lowes & da Depot.😒 The Father & Son team were refreshingly attentive in a level of the "good ole days" Ma & Pa store service levels. As my Dad always said "word of mouth" is the best form of building business. They'll do well.😁

Every time I have gone into the store the customer service is top notch. After my bout with cancer I started doing little projects and they've always been there to help. I came to find out the young man there also had cancer when he was young and now we are buddies. Just today I went in and asked if they could place a 1/2 can of paint I had on their shaker and they had no problem with it. For the basics and essentials it is my go to place.

Best hardware shop around. Better then ace, Lowe's, HD, et cetera. JD is such a good guy. They don't make em like him anymore. They always have everything you need whether it's grout, irrigation, or even a Twix bar. The customer service is amazing. They always go above and beyond.Ian and Sam are way way better then Steve ever was.

Steve and his crew have guided me through broken pipes, broken windows, electrical problems and everything else that breaks in a home. Their knowledge is second to none and their prices are comparable to the two big stores and an untrained staff.

Best hardware store I've been to in Marion County. The staff was actually interested in helping, and being friendly and efficient.

The store is a rip-off, service by the owner Steve is terrible except for one of the employees. I bought a 1-2” pvc socket which he rang up for 0.19 cents and a threaded 1/2 pvc coupler which should have not been more then.50 cents but I don’t know how much he priced it for but the register automatically adds the tax and it came out to $1.87 and he rounded it to $2. $2 for 2 0.19 cents parts it’s a rip off. With the growth that the shores is having, can’t wait for a Lowe’s’s or a Home Depot to move in so it puts this thief out of business
