Xfinity Store by Comcast Branded Partner

We just ported 5 lines and got new iPhone 15s at the Valpo store. Trey and Haley were super helpful and worked with their own customer service to iron out every detail.

I’ve driven downstate and the network is every bit as good as Verizon. It should be, they both run on the exact same network. I even think the voice quality is a bit better.

When I checked pricing with Verizon, they were twice as expensive and insisted that Xfinity did not run on their network. Not true.

My thanks to everyone at the Valpo store. If you have Xfinity Internet, Xfinity Mobile is the cell service you want.

Mark was great! Answered all my questions. I even had to run home to grab my existing box and come back, he offered to assist me when I came back so I didn’t have to start over. Mark helped me save money each month by offering an alternative plan vs what I thought I wanted. I definitely had a better experience today than I planned on going in. Mark is a Rockstar!

Staff is friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my first wifi router and I was able to get it replaced in less than 5 minutes. Quickest trip!

This location has BY FAR THE BEST SERVICE HANDS DOWN!!! Nicole and Nick went above and beyond all expectations! I simply went in to inquire about a new phone and left not only with a new phone but also with accessories for a great price. Thank you all so much and I'll for sure be back!

This store is wonderful. I had complex account and service issues, and Maddie and Nick helped me sort it all out.

Went to the store to start new services. Location was easy to find and Mark did a great job. Joked around and had a good time. Quick and easy.

These kind of problems are stressful right?! I appreciate the people here because they stay calm, they're pleasant, and know what they're doing guys! Modems, cell phone issues, internet problems - they genuinely want to help you. The mornings and weekends are the busiest, but they balance multiple things at once and keep the line moving. Just be patient. It's alot better than dealing with the run around stresses on the phone! Juan and Andrew are fantastic! They introduced me to the $45/month unlimited cellphone service and they use Verizon towers. Can't beat that! No add-on fees and no secret charges where you get screwed! I walked out with my same number, paid $0, and got $10 off my monthly internet bill with them! I wished I knew this sooner!

usually hate dealing with comcast, But when the girl helping you is Absolutely beautiful, funny, helpful & looks like a young Toni Braxton it does certainly help! But in all seriousness the people working at Valparaiso Comcast were all actually super helpful, not indifferent, and actually tried very hard to help me! This was my best experience ever when dealing with comcast! Hell, it might have seriously been my only good or pleasant experience ever when talking or dealing with them, for once it was almost completely painless. Lol 😏

Good location (sadly 30 minutes from my home). The staff was friendly and helpful.

Dropped T Mobile for Infinity and MANNY
helped in a difficult process to keep same number.
.then Infinity could not hook up internet due to a tree in neighbors yard...so MANNY again jumped hoops to get my number back on T Mobile...and the real problem from the beginning was an inability to function with an Apple phone...not the provider.

I spent a combined total of 3 hours on the phone with Xfinity customer service. Finally got fed up and just took my modem to this Xfinity store. The guys behind the counter had my problem solved in less than 5 minutes, swapped out my modem for a newer model, and I was on my way. Internet is back up and running. Next time I have an issue I'll just come here first.
