I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the T-Mobile store on Maugans Ave! The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. I went in for a phone upgrade after a very stressful situation prior; and not only did they honor the promised $800 credit– talk about a great deal!

The associates who assisted me were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth. The store had a welcoming atmosphere, and they even managed to turn a potentially stressful situation into a positive one. I left with a new phone and a smile on my face.

Kudos to the T-Mobile team at Maugans Ave for their excellent customer service and fantastic promotions! Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable mobile experience.

Extremely courteous and helpful. They solved my problem promptly. I love T-Mobile. And now you get free Delta Wi-Fi on a lot of flights because of T-Mobile. I'm a business traveler and that's a huge benefit.

Came in and saw Brie and we got the best serice EVER! We were with Verizon 7 years and can not believe how cheap our bill is. It is HALF the bill and Brie was so helpful with a problem we had dealing wirh cust service over the phone. She quuckly found the best solution AND cut our wifi bill in half. Go see Brie and switch! I wish I had done this sooner. She was amzing and I would give her 100 stars if I could. I have NEVER had this kind of service with ANY cell phone company in my LIFE. #EXTREMELYSATISFIEDCUSTOMER

We had great customer service and it was quick and easy for me to get out of the store.

First time at this location today, I was looking for the iPhone 14 Pro Max and unfortunately there were none, but it’s fine I preordered anyway. I did get an additional phone and I was greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff. They had patience and answered my questions. The store was clean and neat. The store is easy to find. Tyler assisted me today with everything. I was very happy with my visit and to be honest this was the best experience I had in an in store visit with T-Mobile. I will return and thank you everywhere.

I was having alot of trouble with my old phone and none of the other T Mobile stores were able to find the issue. So I decided to buy a new phone. Samsung Galaxy 22.
Brie was so very helpful! She answered all my questions and showed me how to maneuver my new phone. She was great so kudos to her.
