AT&T Store

My overall experience with AT&T, I have to say an awful one to be honest their phone service when you call in is different and everything and products and deals are different than online stuff then different than in-store stuff. It’s like it’s three different businesses. The prices are outrageous there, not on the same page they find any way to swindle you like you can bring your own phones when you sign up and still a year later, you’re not due for an upgrade, which makes no sense to me but I do have to say this gentleman in the AT&T store that I dealt with last night was top-notch he was there by himself Taken care of four different customers after closing by himself and did it all with finesse he did it without any hiccups, qualms or complaints should be with a different company. He’s too good for AT&T.

We had Raul as our salesperson at the Manahawkin AT&T. He went above and beyond to help us with our complicated order of transferring phone numbers between two accounts and purchasing a new phone. He was also extremely friendly and accommodating with our rambunctious 3 year old that had to tag along.

The store manager Paul was awesome ! He spent a lot of time helping me set up my new phone and explained everything along the way,. He also found the best plan available. Extremely pleasant staff there as well !! Lexi and Kyle were very helpful !

Brandon really helped me out on Christmas Eve. We had some last minute gift ideas and he turned what could have been a difficult task, into a super quick and easy stop. Helpful, thorough, friendly and efficient. Will definitely look for Brandon next time I’m upgrading or shopping.

Brandon is one of the top go to techs over at the AT&T store in Manahawkin. He’s very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and purchasing the new iPhone 14 Pro was a breeze. The sync and data transfer of everything on my 12 including my work related Outlook, my music, and especially all of my precious photos was very easy. He had me all set up and out the door inside of less than an hour. Very impressed compared to other well known providers and their customer service reps I’ve chosen in the past…and i’ve experienced them all. He made all the difference in this visit and is the one I would recommend you set up an appointment with for your next iPhone/Android purchase, can’t go wrong.

Excellent service from Paul and Alexa. They both took a great deal of time with me to set up my new phone including sinking up the new bluetooth with my car. Extremely helpful!

I had a great experience at At&T yesterday. I forget his name, but the associate helped me change a few things on my account, and helped me with the entire (super long) process of setting up my Apple Watch and updating my phone !! Super happy with my new purchases! Thank you for helping me🙏🙏

Paul is extremely helpful and professional. He's very knowledgeable and goes that extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of and answered all our questions with patience.

Great location with even better people. Paul and Brendan were extremely helpful with setting up our lines. There was an issue with a bill regarding missing lines/promotion but Paul (manager) jumped into action and took care of everything. The customer service that they displayed is what makes customers stay loyal. Thanks for your help guys! Highly recommended.

I originally started at a different AT&T store that I later found out was “ Corporate”. I got such a bad vibe from the entire situation. I happened to be passing the Manahawkin Att a couple days after. I was lucky to work with the manager Paul S. He made this transaction of moving my entire family over to AT&T painless, and actually enjoyable. He is a pro and had the entire family engaged in the process instead of us just sitting there in silence waiting!! Thanks PAUL!! I hope you and your son had a good Christmas!!

The sales manager Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to ensure us the best possible plan.

Was recently in for a few issues I couldn’t figure out with my new phone. Joey was super personable, polite and fixed everything within minutes. He has great customer service and knowledge on products.

My experience with Brandon Tipianiat the NJ BARNEGAT AT&T was a very enjoyable experience. Brendan was very honest, helpful and very knowledgeable and professional.

Alexa was the rep that helped me and she was wonderful, very knowledgeable and patient as I had a ton of questions.

We were visiting our parents this week. Had an issue with our phone. Stopped by the AT&T store at Stafford Park Manahawkin, NJ.
Paul was so helpful and knowledgeable. We were so happy to get our phone fixed.

Joe was very fast and polite. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to make sure that my account was updated properly. He made all possible inquiry’s to save me money. I pay the same amount as I did before with a new phone! Nice job! If there is room for advancement he should definitely be considered!

Paul and Brandon were amazing so helpful sat with me. They steered me in the right direction! I live in Staten Island and was there on vacay in the future I might head down there for my next AT&T purchase. Amazing customer service
