Very nice establishment, customer service, and price value. Great selection of fruit wines. I did not partake in the distillery products. Very clean. Tasting was free (5 wines).

Lots of great wine options & decor. New outdoor seating is nice along with a BBQ food truck. Huge parking lot behind the building. Lots of levels so those who can't do stairs there are elevators.

Skip the distillery — not as fun or tasty. The wine tasting is such a great experience! 5 complimentary tastes and you’re on your way to happy town! Our bartender was super fun and helpful. He knew just what to pour next. Busy place, but super fun!

The wine tasting is so fun with lots of great wines and ciders! They also have a great store with so many cool things to look at. Loved playing Jenga and the people who work there are so nice and accommodating.

Nice brake in your travels. Just stop to taste some wino or even have hard liquors (it is winery and distillery together). If you are driver oh well you will not be able to do it. Tasting is free( 5 different samplers), store well stock not only with wine but also with salsa, mustards, cheese spreads and other yummy food.

5 free samples a person! Really helps to pick out what you like. We stop here every year on our way to our hotel. ❤

Where can you try five free samples of wine before purchasing? Door Peninsula Winery, that's where! Our server, Tina, was wonderful at making recommendations according to what we told her we like. Since it is our first visit to Door County, we asked about things we should see. Both Tina and Dory (Mama D) gave us a list of things that they thought we would enjoy. Needless to say, we qualified for 10% off on our purchases!

Large winery! Has a lot of choices of wine and liquor. Has a nice outdoor space to taste and have drinks. Also has trinks and collectibles to buy and take home. A lot of parking and we didn't have to wait.

Amazing place for wine tasting with amazing wines! Next door is the distillery so you are in one location with both distillery and wine. Wine tasting is complimentary. They have discounts on the number of bottles you purchase. We purchased 6 bottles to get 10% off. They had a wide variety of wines to choose from and very inexpensive based on the various wine tastings we have done in other places outside of DC.

I visited several wineries while in Door County with Door Peninsula being the first. It was very hard to visit some of the other wineries after being here first. There is so much to discover here from over 50 delicious wines a distillary with flavored moonshine, Bourbons, other liquor, cheeses, dips gifts and an amazingly spacious building. I love sweet fruit flavored wines and these were fantastic.

I started out with a bad experience in the distillery sampling bar where I absolutely could not get a bartender to take my money even after 20 minutes standing there with a completed sample list and cash sitting on the clip board. I understand first come first serve but if poeple were so indecisive as these individuals were, there was no reason that they couldn't served me and returned to them when ready. I was so upset that I almost headed to my car before seeing the rest of the building. The process of serving people absolutely needs to be changed!

I was so disgusted that I headed toward the front door and at the last second, decided to see what else was being offered. I enjoyed the company of a super hard working bartender, which I dont remember her name but she was definitely a multitasker unlike the two ladies in the distillery area. She handled at least a dozen peoples orders and was able to keep track in her head how many each person had taste tested and what kind. Between the bartenders actions and the amazing array of other things to discover, my image of Door Peninsula was restored before I left the building. I really wanted to purchase something from the distillery but never went back.

I don't know how they do it, but year after year they continue to produce excellent wines to thrill my taste buds! If you have a chance, visit their winery. It is as beautiful as their wine is exceptional. Award winning wines!

Great experience, this is a local winery with many different local lines they were all wonderful there is option to taste seven different wines with no cost. And then there's a spirits room where you can taste a pretty much any spirit for $2 a piece if you buy five then you get a free logo shot glass. I would recommend this to anyone that visits the door county area

Great cocktails and great tasting gin! Bought two bottles. They also have business-card sized drink recipe cards of some of their popular cocktails to take home!

Free tastings, affordable & delicious wine, excellent customer service, what more can you ask for? It's nice to see there's one place left with free tastings, everyone seems to be charging nowadays. It's also nice to see most of their wines are $12-$13 and most that I tried were delicious. Always a must when in door county.

Couldn't get my wife to leave this place! OK, I will admit the wine is pretty tasty (even for a beer drinker). Loved the generous samples provided that allowed my wife to try multiple wines before picking the ones she wanted (Bucks in 6). Fudge was awesome!!

Hold my purse and get me a cart cuz I’m going in. Holy wuh is there a lot of wine in here. So many flavors I can’t wait to try them. I didn’t do the tasting because I’m pretty sure I will like them. And honestly if I don’t it’s nothing a little sprite won’t fix. They have so much to choose from I may have to come back before winter and stock up. I know you can buy door peninsula wines at almost any liquor store, but you can’t get every flavor. So I will have to keep an eye out for the ones I can’t get. Absolutely love this place. Will definitely be going back. It’s a long drive, but worth it.
