CVS

My husband, son, and I went to CVS yesterday for multiple vaccines. There were some complications with insurance plans, but they took care of everything for us. The entire staff of the pharmacy department was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Maritza is the best pharmacy tech!! Her customer service is wonderful. She is so hard working and kind 💯♥

Chi, Keisha, and Elsie saved my life. My brother is on Medicaid/Medicare and because the government is stupid, they won't allow shipping on the medications anymore. I live 11 hours away from my brother and he is homebound. Keisha, Chi, and Elsie worked SO DANG HARD for days to help me figure out how to get my brother's ANTIPSYCHOTIC meds to him. They were able to come up with a game plan and left me feeling relieved and at peace. Please please please recognize these workers in some kind of way. They need to be training everyone on how to go the extra mile for customers because they went above and beyond and a marathon more.

I just left the pharmacy and dealt with maritza , I gave her a hard time for something that wasn’t even her fault she was nothing but amazing ! :)

Had a great experience with Travis! My fiancé & I went to CVS to print off engagement pictures and when there were issues with the printer, Travis was quick to troubleshoot the printer, package our prints & make sure we were well taken care of while also running the register for all other customers!

I was visiting my son at Ft Hood. I live out of state, and he had to deploy fairly suddenly on a short mission I needed 4 day's worth of extra prescription medication. The staff at CVS was helpful and fast!! Thank you!

Wow! Incredible customer service which has become rare over the years. I interacted with 3 employees who were extra helpful and pleasant in finding what I needed, giving me options, and getting me on my way quickly :)

CVS Killeen is awesome! They helped getting the right meds transferred to the CVS Texarkana.

Everytime I have called I've been helped in less than 5 minutes, and are even quicker at the window. I've never had consistently amazing service at any other location.

They are wonderful! I have been going to this CVS for a while now and they all know me by name and are always super helpful!! I absolutely suggest this CVS!
