Party City

This location of Part City is super close to my house and just opened up a few years ago. I was a little confused as to why they would open this one up, since there's another one literally less than 5 minutes away, but I can assume because of the proximity to Sawgrass Mills
Nice store to go for holidays parties decorations.

I went to get a balloon & some party stuff for my Mom's Birthday. I found so many different kinds of balloons & party stuff, it was incredible. The new globe like balloons are my favorite. The employees were so kind & I was so happy to find these things. I said I loved all the things I found & was happy & the employee said having these balloons & party things just makes things better always. I agree!

This is my go to store for any party or gathering plans I have. I always find what I need and more.

This is my go-to party city! They always have what I need in stock and the staff is really friendly. I love coming here for Halloween 🎃 they have the best animatronics and decor!

They have everything you need to throw a party. Large selection of balloons and lots of themes. Found everything we were looking for. Staff was friendly and check out was fast. :)

Yesterday we stopped in to get a dish for our Super Bowl Potluck Party we were attending that evening! As always we found several Football Themed platter plates! We always find our decorations for any party we host or ate attending @ Party City!! Love this place !

I ordered online, and when I got there 15 minutes later, it was ready. Easy in and out.

Mimi is a wonderful manager which is a reflection of the rest of the staff there, including TT and Angelica! Always welcomes me to the party when I walk in and assure that I’m well taken care of. I love this location!

This is a great party store. They have everything you would ever need for any party, event, activity, you name it, the decorations, they have it. I always enjoy shopping at this Party City.

Robert has such an amazing attitude I'm so very humbled by his kindness ...after calling twice to change a balloon delivery due to my work schedule I was a bit embarrassed and apologetic and he simply responded..."that's what we are here for" WOW it may seem like something small to others but his patience and thoroughness and concern with my satisfaction means the world to me...definitely recommend this store with Robert on staff!

Placed an online order at this store because it was the only location that had what I needed. I received a phone call earlier in the day explaining that one of the items they didn't have but found a comparable one which was fine. I arrived to pick up my order and the process was seamless. Unfortunately for me I was in such a rush that I left my cell phone behind. (Which I didn't realize until after I left and visited another store)😔 After backtracking-to my surprise my phone was kept safely and they even advised a friend that called my phone that I left it behind. Needless to say I was very happy and blessed to have it returned. I'm giving this location 5 stars because the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to meet expectations.

Such great staff at this location. I had an order of balloons that I needed for a special event & the manager along with the rest of the team were super accommodating & helpful. Highly recommend!

This weekend I went in to do a return and get some balloons filled. Sydney helped me and she was amazing. She was patience and moved at the speed of light. She was personable and friendly as well. Hold on to her Party City!

Went in there tonight (2 days before Halloween) place had a good much people in it, and I got served in record time. The employee who helped us (short African American lady), was very friendly. The communication between her and the people in the back retrieving the costumes, was excellent. No hang ups. Then to add to it all, when we got to the register, the lines were long, but they were moving very quickly. In a time that is usually very hectic, I must say they were top notch with their service. Kudos to the staff at the Sawgrass Party City.

Sheldon is great! He went out of his way to make sure I left with the product I came for. I heard him speaking to his staff and he treats everyone the same. Great guy made the visit so pleasant!!!!

My wife when in there today and I must say she is not easy to deal with and she came home talking about how nice and helpful the associates in this store were THANK YOU
