I never leave reviews being new to Dallas and not being familiar with many places. However, I am always happy to visit this store! I am highly impressed with how fast and helpful they are. They are even open on Sundays… A BIG PLUS! 🤩 I stop here every Sunday morning to finish off my errands for the weekend and the employees are always happy to help me. I trusted them to ship a valuable collectible to my mother in New York a couple months ago and it arrived in perfect condition all in under $50. Another time I came in on a Monday afternoon. Line was to the door. Young gentleman and lady at the desk got through the line like champs and with great attitudes. Way to go! After reading the bad reviews I’m convinced people simply can’t read instructions. This is not an Amazon store, this is a UPS store. What Amazon does is not their fault people!!!

Ignore all the "all employees had bad attitudes" reviews, those are what most us call them "Karen's". All employees are helpful, fast and efficient. They all do there job precisely. If you come in with a bad attitude don't expect them to have the same towards you! Most of the people that come to the UPS are "opulent" so they feel entitled to everything. Come with a good attitude and you will receive the same from the employees! Both Hunters and Francisco are the real ones!!!

Francisco @UPS store 6207 was great. He was friendly and professional and offered a solution to my issue with shipping. The store has always been great.

Awww man….I stopped in here on a rainy day to get a little business assistance. Hunter-You Da Real MVP!!! The transaction was seamless and the customer service was superb! It was not busy, the customers were getting in the way and out the way. I had no issues and just appreciate the level of professionalism provided during the visit! Thanks again!

I had an Amazon return to do and wow I’ve never experienced such great customer service, TOP tier for sure everyone was super friendly and greeted me, super professional with the coming holidays I will certainly trust them with all my shipping needs, and not to mention how great their manager is! Stephanie made sure I was well taken care of the absolute best, her helpfulness, and professionalism completely made my day it’s rare to see that now a days. 10/10 would recommend

Great experience! Stephanie was super helpful and polite. She was attentive and helped me with my baby shower invitations. This is now my go to location from now on. Definitely makes it a pleasant experience when you have staff members like Stephanie working there :)

Went in today to get a page printed, notarized, and scanned. Hunter helped me out and we ran into a bump in the process but before he told me he couldn't help he made sure he went over every option we had. In all the 3 gentlemen on that shift worked very efficiently getting customers in and out in a surprisingly quick manner, but they all handled the customers with courtesy and respect! When I hear good customer service the 3 men on that shift definitely display all customer service values!

I loved the service I got today! I called earlier regarding a lost package and the lady helped me get information on it. I will definitely keep using this store!

I go to this UPS for all my shipping needs. Francisco was such a huge help and very patient with me while I gathered my necessary information. Will definitely return!

This was my second UPS store of the day because the first store was so rude I had to walk out. The employee working that day was so nice and seemed to go above and beyond to help get everything doe that I needed.

Went to this location for an Amazon return, they were fast and quick! Only took me 3 minutes from the time I left my car until I returned. This will be my new location!

This is the best UPS in the city, the staff is always friendly and quick to help. I came in today and it was pretty busy but they got through the line very fast, I believe Kathleen was the one who helped me, she was very sweet and was very knowledgeable about what she was doing. Will recommend this spot for anyone needing things to be shipped

These guys are awesome. I use this station for all my big package mailings, as well as small color photo jobs for my business. I can send online photos to print any time of the night, and pick up the next morning. Never have I had to wait more than 5 minutes to complete any transaction. They are fast, friendly and knowledgable, every time. It may cost a little more than the post office, but the time saved and the pleasant experience is more than worth it. If you have package errands you've been dreading and putting off, delay no longer. Take it to the Mockingbird UPS, it will be so easy, you'll wonder why you waited. Great service!

Hunter is fast and efficient, but most of all so patient.

Had a great experience with Kathleen. Made it super easy to send out a big package. Super polite and patient with me as well. Definitely 5 stars. Will be dealing with these folks from now on!!
