The Adult Shoppe

Christian and Ray awesome employees and very knowledgeable of their products and great customer service skills. I have yet to meet other employees but I bet they are just as awesome as they 2 guys. The morning manager is stern but very polite once spoken too. I appreciate the help and service that was provided by adult shoppe most definitely I will be back for the toys that I was eyeing.

The day I walked into this adult store I was greeted with a smile and it hasn't changed since. The staff (Jaime, especially) takes the time out of his busy work shift to help get you what you need. In need of something fun, taboo, cringe, hot, naughty, new, or simply basic? Jaime has you covered.
But seriously, this place is the best Adult Shop in the Valley. Hands. Down.

I’ve gone to a bunch of the smaller adult stores and even to the mega stores but The Adult Shoppee is definitely the best in the valley! They are open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week which makes having adult fun easy at all hours of the day! 😏

Jamie has such great customer service. It was my first time here and was able to be shown all the available options. I will be coming back ♥

Ray is always awesome and SUPER helpful with any questions and concerns that I may have as well as Christian being well verse in products and is always very professional with all the customers, can’t wait to go back!

Christian and Ray are awesome. Rooms are usually busy on the weekends but theaters are fun, especially when the women or couples come in.

First time and I loved it. I think there is new management or something. Employees are very nice and helpful. Super respectful.

My review is five stars only because of an outstanding employee named Ray. He went above and beyond to change my experience here. I stopped in to check out your selection of toys. The moment I walked in, I was taken back by the rudeness of another employee (I believe his name was Erik) was having with another customer. He seemed to be almost intentionally trying to pick a fight with that customer. I was interested in looking at a product that was locked in a case but when I asked for help, he (Erik?) just rolled his eyes and said “ya ya”. As if I was bothering him. I became extremely frustrated with his lack of customer service, and unwillingness to help me when I had only been in there for a few minutes. I was just about to leave but Ray must have noticed my irritation, and quickly approached me. Not only did he show me the product I was originally interested in but also suggested alternatives. He was extremely knowledgeable, very personable and cracked jokes to make me feel comfortable and change my mood. If it wasn’t for him, not only would I have not purchased anything, but I wouldn’t of returned either. I’m sure it’s hard for females to step in to begin with, but there is no need to be blatantly disregarded like I initially was. I’ll make sure to call before I come in next time just to make sure that Ray is working.

First time coming in , the place is nice and they got many products to choose from. The front desk guy was cool and polite. The place was crowded!

My only complaint is about the dvd review rooms, they could be improved (cleaning wise) but they’re big and just what I was looking for. A nice time to relax!
People around are friendly, as a female I felt safe and welcomed.

Can't get enough of this place! There's something of everyone there! I've been to other places but this is the best,hands down! The staff are friendly, especially the daytime manager,Jaime. He keeps the place spotless,and makes sure to keep the bad element out. Guys,girls,couples are all welcome.Cant wait for Superbowl,this place will be packed and have plenty of action! And they never close! Thanksgiving, Christmas,24/7.

First time after hearing about it from a friend memorial day weekend at first I was pretty nervous but the staff was very friendly and They made me feel welcome and were very helpful with the questions I had about the product they had an the rooms and theaters. I’ve been to all three locations my favorite is Holly I like the theater and the rooms there most. Plus I feel like the employees do a good job at keeping trouble away and keep a eye on the lot and cars.
